Thank you LG for your recommendation to read Jack Morin's "The Erotic Mind". For the person who wants to explore their sexuality through thinking, this book is incredible. I have not read such a life changing book in a long long time, maybe ever. Sex will never be the same for me. And it has also enabled other non-sexual revelations about how my past experiences have shaped who I am today.

A key message that helped me, is to stop focusing on my partner as the cause or effect of my sexual behaviour and to realise for the most part, my needs and responses come from within. Working on making myself sexually healthy on the inside is the first and most important step to towards deep sexual happiness and fulfillment.
