LG, is there any empirical evidence that Viagra makes it more difficult to achieve climax? There seems to be anecdotal testimonials, but I assume that might be self-suggested. Thank you.

Dear MyTube,
The difficulty in achieving climax [with this, I assume you mean ejaculation and not orgasm, which actually are distinct and separate phenomena] has been documented as a side effect with the use of Viagra. The simplest thing to avoid it - reduce the dose. Then again, there are people on antidepressants, prostate meds, etc. who fall into this category; if they add Viagra, they may add to their troubles.

If you are having trouble, see the doc. There may be another in the ED meds class that may work better for you.

Happy screwing,
the Love Goddess

A man can have an orgasm and no ejaculation??
Wow. How does that happen?? I've had my organs my whole life and did not know this. That would explain why I felt satisfied afterwards.

I have had my prostate out, so I have no ejaculation.   But I do have orgasms.   I use Viagra to achieve penetration, not orgasm.   Each of these is different.

and more fun than a barrel of monkeys.  (And I'm talking about good looking monkeys here.)

Here's a site to check out.  Lots of good reading on it, and shows availablility of tantric providers in your area too.

I have posted on this board the impact of Viagra, reducing sensitivity and making it difficult if not impossible to ejaculate.   Maybe try reducing the dosage.  Most recently, my doc switched me to Cialis and we'll see if that works any different.  So far, it's the same.  Great erections, no ejaculation.  The big difference is that Cialis works for three days.

LG- does the presence of a little bit of semen, or perhaps it's the fluid that precedes a pop, mean that there has been an orgasm ?   The ladies just want to see the liquid evidence and seem disappointed when it isn't there despite the nice hard on.   I still enjoy the entire experience very much nonetheless, being able to have great sex for an extended period of time, even if there's no full ejaculation.   The experiments continue.

we have to separate orgasm from ejaculation here. You have to ask yourself - does it feel good? Does it feel like I'm cumming? Don't look DOWN THERE, just ask yourself how you feel. Plenty of people have orgasms and ejaculate very little, or nothing at all. Some men have "dry orgasms" and they feel great! With all that's going on with baby boomers at this point - the various health changes we're all experiencing due to age - we should all be aware that fluids mean little in the larger scope of things, and that sex first and foremost takes place in the brain.

Quite frankly, who gives a rat's ass about these spring chickies and what they think, LOL. Just explain to them that you just don't come that much, and that's your body, period. Hell, give THEM some sex ed, hehe. They should be HAPPY you're not sloshing all over the place.

As to your question, it's probably your Cowper's glands producing some pre-ejaculate. Or, if it's happening exactly at the point of orgasm, or at least during the point of inevitability, it may or may not be semen in there. Is it really important? Only if you are trying to make someone pregnant [which I hope is not the case with the paid ladies!]

No fuss, no muss, just enjoy the clean cummings,

I take Viagra and Cialis and don't notice any delayed ejaculation. Actually, despite these medications, I have difficulty getting hard enough to penetrate. I can still orgasm through oral means. I would trade anyday, for the ability to be able to fuck without orgasm, with the ability to have an orgasm, without penetration.
