prostate cancer effects

I had successful prostate cancer treatments, but as a result I do not produce semen anymore. I have orgasms, but only a little clear fluid comes out. Will this be a turnoff to providers?

Should I tell them upfront about this issue too?

Thank you,

Carl

A turnoff??? Surely you jest! No, on the contrary. They will come at you like addicts to a crackpipe (sorry for the crude analogy, but it seemed perversely appropriate).

It's called the "no-fuss-no-muss orgasm." Consider yourself lucky on every front possible; you survived cancer, you can still get it up and you don't have to worry about spots on the sheets. Safe sex rules still apply though, just in case you were wondering.

Yeehaaa, tell them, tell them...and watch the biiig smiles on their faces,

Thank you LG!! A big relief(pardon the pun). I never realized women looked at it as a "messy" issue. Now I'm really horny... ready to contact the providers I want to see.. now!

After reading the boards for several months, my impression is that the only ones enamored by a big load, are the guys, not the gals. The surprised look on the woman's face, that we guys usually interpret as delightful surprise, is probably just part of the act, or really a look of, "OMG, look what I have to clean up."

As LG said, you are going to be welcomed indeed.

Perhaps some explanation maybe helpful so that any health related fears, a lady may have, can be addressed, though probably little need for forewarning her before hand.

I have been with many providers who treated male ejaculate as if it was nuclear waste but, I have to be honest, my two current favs are both nuts about what is produced by...well....my nuts!

No, it is not an act, they could both very easily make a lot less of a big deal out of the eruption of "old faithful" if they wanted to. Fav number one could stop jumping up and down on the bed and pumping her fist in the air when I blast off yelling "WooHoo!!! That was AWESOME!!!!" and fav number two could stop using my cock as a fire hose when she sprays my load all over her breasts or, as she has been doing lately, lets it flow into her mouth. We didn't used to do CIM but it kinda happened by accident one night and she liked the noises I made so much that she kept doing it...

I fully admit that these ladies may be in the minority.  There are a lot of practical reasons why a provider would love a splooge-less orgasm...
I guess that's one of the reasons that they are my favs.

the only women who got exited about my load were my ex-wives when they got that "gleam" in their eyes. The "it's time to have another baby," gleam.

But to an extent, I think you make your own luck, especially in the hobby.  I used to see two or three different ladies every month and had a great time doing it. As I got older and hobbied longer I started to appreciate the benefits of seeing regular ladies on a regular basis.  It certainly isn't for everybody but it works for me.

As a provider, I have to disagree with you.  I love come, whether it be shot into my mouth, into a condom, or anywhere on my body... it's the bees' knees!

At the same point, though, I would NOT be turned off by a fella who had orgasms with no ejaculation.. that would be a new experience for me, and I would love to try it!

Although I fortunately didn't have cancer, the result as far as semen is concerned is very similar to your situation. I produce almost no semen (and the doc says I have to take the drug for the remainder of my life).

I don't usually mention the prostate treatment in advance, but I usually have to do so at some point. Even though I thrash around and make a lot of noise, providers aren't sure whether or not I actually orgasmed. I've realized that without semen it isn't any easier for them to be sure about my orgasm than it is for me to be sure about theirs. (Actually, my ATF tells me that in a BBBJ she can sometimes get enough out to taste even if she can't get enough to see.)

I was treated for prostate cancer 8 years ago with radioactive seeds.  I produce very little ejaculate the first or even the second climax, but usually produce a significant amount if I have a third.  I am always clear with the lady I am with.  She often thinks at first I am angling for a bare back, but that is not the reason.  I would simply be embarrassed to have her think I had not had a climax when I had.  I always lay it out the first time.  As LG said, you still have to obey safe sex rules since the small amount of what has been called pre-ejaculated is just as infectious as the full ejaculate. Depending upon the treatment one chooses, there are varying effects on sexual function of prostate cancer treatment.  In general, surgery carries the highest risk of impotence and it is a nerve related problem so it does not respond to Viagra, etc.  Radiation either as external beam or as seeds is less likely to cause impotence and when it does, it is vessel related and responds to Viagra.  With PSA tests, there are more and more of us.

and since then I have produced no ejaculate.  I always tell a new provider so she will not be surprised.   Occasionally I have to tell a new provider not to ask for my cum becuase I don't have any.   Other than that, no provider has ever had a problem with my problem

Carl,
That is your priviledge if you want to tell them.  I hope these providers here would understand your situation, that does not mean you can never have sex, there are other positions as well, especially oral sex, body rubbing with oil, massage with music, etc.  I had an old boyfriend who I was steady with over 20 years ago that he was in a wheelchair and he was paralyzed from waist down.  There are numerous of things you can do and create you own sex theme. There are some guys out there with similiar situations you are in and I am trying to encourgage them that it is not the end of the world.  A person should accept you of who you are, not just a piece of beef (the ole say thing in the past).  Don't put yourself down and lift your spirit up and you can do in other ways and believe me, women would be satisfy, I know I will.  So, keep on rolling hon!
