There are constantly new SB's joining in the DC suburbs.  If you can extend to Baltimore the economics and traffic improve drastically.  It you are open to all sizes, ages and races, then you will have no problem finding someone in your financial range.  My process is to narrow the field drastically by size (average, athletic and slim only) and age (less than 29).  Then eliminate those with horrible grammar, little to no description of themselves/what they want, non-drinkers, smokers, platonic, tongue sticking out on photos, too many tattoos and a few other things.  

I've followed the advice given on this forum with initial emails, meet and greets, and negotiations.  Since I have the sugar, I make the rules.  I offer 300-350 for PPM and will negotiate only up to 400.  Some who list as substantial will initially decline only to accept later.  All POT and actual SB's are respected and treated well.
