I agree with the above, but I do think teeth do have a place if EXTREAME caution is exercised. 
I like lots of suction and love the feel of a warm set of lips squeezing the shaft of my penis. That can be tiring over time and I have found that very gental pressure from the teeth can add tons of sensation particularly during a CBJ. Again I would like to emphisize that the "soft touch" is the key to that, at least for me. Sharp gleeming white teeth are definately the stuff of nightmares are made of if they are used for evil. lol.
