I have had a hushmail account for a few months and inexplicably it was shutdown a few weeks ago.  (I am not a spammer.)  I used the account for discreet purposes as other folks in this forum might.  I made sure I logged in at least once a week to show activity on the account.

Multiple queries to their email support address have gone unanswered.

I liked the idea of using hushmail as it doesn't send the IP addresss with the email one sends.  That said, reliability is more important.

Anyone here using hushmail have a similar experience?

It may be because you were using a free account.  I have a regular account (30 bucks a year) and have no problems and excellent support.

On the other hand, people are raving about ziplip.com, which is still free and hides your IP.
