Who runs it? If it's on a monger-friendly forum, you can probably ask mods there to remove this. If it's some malicious forum, not sure there's a good way. I suggest you report the number. Extortion is a felony.
I don't have good ideas to deal with this situation, as you asked about it: how to deal with the blackmailers end of things. . Google "how to scrub your info from the internet" or similar. Quite a few reasonable hits but I'm not reading them all. . Maybe people have suggestions for how to deal with it on YOUR end of the issue. - "Hay Rags! I saw you on such-and-such. What's with THAT?!" -- "Someone stole my info and tried to blackmail me. Not gonna happen. So they published lies using my info." -- "My personal info was hacked from my [bank account; church membership; Sears account ...] and I was blackmailed. ..." -- "That's not me. It's some other Mr. Rags or a made up Mr. Rags and they stole photos from my FB and Insta accounts. It happens all the time on the internet. There's not much I can do about it. Just hope that it doesn't happen to YOU!!" . - "Mr. Rags. It has been brought to our attention here in HR that you are mentioned on this site." -- "Fake news! Besides, you know I do a great job for this company and that smear job is irrelevant." . - "What can I do for you, Mr. Rags?" -- "Well, Mr. Lawyer [or Mr. Internet Scrubber], I want to get this info removed." -- "Well, Mr. Lawyer, I want to change my legal name from Mr. Rags to Mr. Riches [Rags to Riches, get it?] I want to be disassociated from this defamatory on-line info." . Not the best ideas, but maybe others can help you to prepare for the blow back from people who know you in real life. . Good luck.

I got a blackmail text message some time back asking me to pay 5000$ or else get outed. I ignored the message but unfortunately the blackmailer - probably a pimp or someone I had seen in the past - decided to out me on a public forum (website). The website is showing up when I search for my name on a search engine.
Is there anyway I can take down that information? Are there reliable services that can help me with this? Thank you very much in advance!
Are you a client or a provider? There is also a lot of details missing for anyone to give you any actual advice.
-Pay 5K for what? What was the reason given that they wanted to "out" you? -What was the information given on this website? -If you do not feel comfortable posting here I would post to the provider only or client only forum. Without more detailed info I am not sure if anyone can give you any good advice.
Seems to be two general scenarios people worry about. One is "outed" on some type of blacklisting site or DNS listing. The other is to have the information made know to family, friends, employer and the like.
From what you've said it sounds more like a DNS type posting. If so probably not much to be done other than see the women that like you and use them for references for anyone else you might see. Also, is any of the information posted something that was not already easily found on the internet?
What is DNS? Also agree the rest of your post. Everyone's info is on the internet somewhere, so pretty hard to scrub your entire existence from the webs.
Whoops! I jumped to the conclusion that Rags was referring to Option 2, "family, friends, employer and the like." Evaluate my comments above accordingly.

You're in the best position to know what actually occurred and I am not asking. Saying that, and giving you all benefit of the doubt, I would suggest not worrying too much. Periodically this type of thing/question comes up on the boards and I've seen some provider say being on a DNS list on itself is not a show stopper. They understand that sometimes personality disputes can get a client put on such lists. They also seem to understand that some girls, just like some guys reviewing, tend to be harsh for little things.
OK, so you have been blacklisted. You are able to view this info from a simple google search? I was not aware of any blacklist sites that you do not need a username/password to access. What the reason given that you were blacklisted? And are you more concerned that other providers will see this and not want to see you, or are you more concerned with you family/friends/job finding out?
The following should be tried by people who already know how to do it and follow up on the result, so ask a pro if you're not sure. But first, are YOU in the US? Assuming "yes," ... . Do you know how to look up a website to see where it is registered (US or not in the US) and who owns the domain (usually, it just lists the registration company rather than the ID of the actual owner)? *IF* it's a US based website operator, a lawyer might have some way of telling them that they have defamed you under US law and to take down the info. . If it isn't a US based company, expect something like this: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=M9DCAFUerzs

Re: Outed in what way? Yes it’s a DNS post in a website that providers use to verify clients. My real name and photo (from social media) is on it.
The website and the derogatory remarks come up when I search for my name on a search engine.
Sure that is possible if someone you know for some reason wanted to do a name search on your or just see what they can find about you. But, unless you have something posted that could not already be easily found on social media/internet searches you have a pretty easy out. You could even say you got some odd, threatening text from someone you never heard of demanding payment but you just ignored it as some type of phishing/scam attempt.
Only you know if most people you know would accept that or be skeptical of your denial. As for the reviews and other things. Well they've been there a long time I assume so I suppose you have a life style decision to make. In the modern world anything that goes online stays online so secrets are not kept. The best you can try for is having some level of credible deniability. If you're not comfortable with that you might need to consider if doing this type of thing is something you can participate in. Or if you need to try going the route some take to completely separate their P4P activities from their real life. That takes some work and brings other complications so different fail points. A basic start there would be setting up a new email (completely different service than your real life uses), a new phone that is a burner type paid in cash, never use your computer that you use for your real life social media activities. do use things like good anonymous non-logging VPN that also offer secure DNS servers. And if you want to be really sure, never see any of the providers you've already seen that might have your existing info that would then end up being cross linked to your new "hobby persona". All that said, horses have already left the barn it seems so not sure all that work is worth it but I'm not you.
