on several of your observations.  Most of my bullet points were things I experienced in my first year of seeing providers before I discovered TER and Kgirls, but they are nevertheless, legitimate things to avoid that DO happen from time to time.  I was finding indies on Eros and ThatMall in those days.  I will be the first to admit that I started to scale back on my spending with providers when I crossed the one-million-dollar mark about three years ago.  It lasted about a year and a half before I started backsliding.  I've always been a sucker for getting good value for the money I spend, and as long as there are underpriced providers out there considering the level of looks and service they offer, it's going to be really hard for me to stay on any kind of budget.
