It's not a high bar, but so many men fail to clear it on a daily basis. Every time I go out to dinner I see a younger guy dressed in old jeans and flip-flops while his date is dressed like an adult, who walks through a doorway first and leaves his date to fend for herself, and who looks like he's not listening to a word his date says.
