No. I have never been to DR, but I did spend a week at Desire in Cabo 🇲🇽 with an old friend that was an adult vacationing it was interesting orgy’s going on next me when I woke up from a siesta by the pool sun bathing. All inclusive food + drinks it’s, like a swingers party that is never ending from my personal experience. I love to watch, so it was fun! 🤩 I also, love sun bathing nude & running & swimming on the beach naked it’s a unique experience.
you saw a website with NO photos of the facilities? They even tell you that for $1000+ per night, it is NO-FRILLS pricing. The implication is that this is non-stop swingers' heaven, but I know many swingers, and they would want to see a little more disclosure before spending a grand a night, even if it includes dinner and drinks. Approach with caution. Just my opinion based on the website link from QB.
The other turn-off for me is that if you want to see the real prices (presumably more than $1000 a night), you have to join with some kind of membership and get a password. Now they have your email address, and who knows what else they will learn about you from their cookies? Just sayin.
1k a night in DR is way overpriced. Hotels are fairly reasonable, even all inclusives in DR. Then, they have what basically amounts to escort clubs crawling with hot young women. You can pay for one at a rather low price. If you want a threesome, two doesn't cost that much either. The nice thing is at these clubs you get to see the women before chosing. I really see no need to pay some absorbent price. Just go and make it happen and save several hundred per night. Not sure if you want to bang like a machine every day or not, but for me I wanted some down days just to chill, which amounts to those days costing even less.

Sigh. Swingers clubs sound like they are going to be non stop sex with super hot people.....but....then reality sets in. 
Sex work is legal in Dominican Republic and honestly I think you would have much for fun and much hotter sexcapades if you stay at a nice resort (in DR no where near 1K a night!!) and getting two or three good looking sex workers to spend time with you. You did not mention in your post if you are married, but it does not look this club allows single males, couples or single females only (which is very common with swingers clubs).
You may have an awesome time, but for me too many what ifs. I would not be able to plunk down that amount of money without knowing what I was getting and that would be too much of a risk I would be willing to take.
I have been to many places similar to this over the years; Desire, Hedo and several others. It is essential to keep in mind that single horny men attending these places are a dime a dozen (or hundreds of dozens). If you are not bringing something to the table above and beyond the others, you will be ignored, overlooked and disappointed. Things that will make you shine above the other guys are as follow: Super fit, very attractive, younger, hung like a horse, congenial and not appearing like a lurker or desperate and, preferably, ALL of these characteristics. Believe it or not, the far majority of those in the lifestyle (Swingers) have very high standards and will not just fuck anyone. Generally speaking a couple will seek a similar couple or single woman. You will be the low man on the totem pole.
My recommendation (if you fall outside the above criteria) is stick to a sure thing, this hobby. Save your money for good encounters with quality providers.
In the modern dating world, if you are a guy of average looks, you are practically invisible to women. The Internet person called Wheat Waffles does objective face rating for men for $5. He says that if you are average looking, don't even bother going on dating apps. The women all want 8's and above. While I agree this is the case in the swinger scene, because it’s just about sex, I very much disagree about the dating world. I did dating sites and was very involved in the Myspace hook up scene years ago. I was above average in my prime back then, but I was no stud. Yet, I was very successful because my game was good. I had multiple dates most weekends. In some cases, she clearly was only in it for some quick sex. I was often hitting above my league, and they could have done better, but yet they still gave me the time of the day. If you’re a good talker, and can make them laugh, sometimes you don’t need to be the hot guy in the room.
If you can get your foot in the door you can win thru game and personality. However in recent years you will get screened out on face/body alone if you are just average (a 5). 6 and 7's can do ok. 8's and above are swamped with offers. Below 5 are the so called incels.

There are plenty of swingers resorts in the world. If a place is legit you can easily find information online in places like reddit or other forums. If you can't find info about this place with a 5 minute search on reddit than it probably isn't legit. Most people at these places will be couples in their 40s, 50s and 60s. They will also mostly be regular people. They also usually don't like single dudes.
There are also plenty of escort resorts in the DR. They are basically all inclusive resorts where the escorts is included.
This seems to be an escort resort pretending to be a swingers resort. The best swinger parties/clubs usually do not allow single men. This is because single guys at swinger parties tend to be huge creeps who are very grabby and bad with personal space. Some of the parties that do allow single men just pay women to fuck at the party. The single guys are charged a bunch. The women pretend to be guests and the guys are too dumb to realize or don't care. Every once in a while you get a couple coming into this kind of place but they usually quickly leave because the wife is creeped out by the grabby single guys.
Does that sound like a sexy time worth $1k/night?
I have been to Hedo and I actually went to Club Fantasy Island in Boca Chica. Completely different places. Hedo is a couples swinger joint. If you are a single guy and don't know anyone it can be isolating. The guys there with girls/women/couples are territorial and will cockblock you quickly, even if the woman likes you. CFI you get a girl or as many as you want to pay for. I spoke to the guy that finances the place for about an hour, he is cool. The only thing about CFI is that their site has a lot of girls listed but I think they only have a few. When it came time for selection I was told that particular girl was married, busy, period, etc... The ones they have a very nice and accommodating. What you want, you get. Treat them nice because they are really nice people when you get to know them. Go ahead and register as a member for the prices. Warning, the forum is a sort of a fake. All of the information there is correct but I don't think it has that much activity. When you post to the forum you will get a response but I think 90% comes from the people that run the joint. No worries. When I went I stayed at the older spot. If you go, go to newer spot. Unfortunately the older spot is just that. Old. The cooks and staff are super cool. So, CFI is not a ripoff but it is Santo Domingo/Boca Chica so pay attention to your surroundings and follow advice. If they say don't go to a certain area, don't go. I may go again if I can't find a better option in the US. Vegas is just too expensive for what you get.

I have been to the DR, but I stayed at a different place called "Black Beards". It's not as upscale as the place I linked. But they have about 20 girls on roster who work a day or night schedule. Rooms are affordable, maybe $50-$150 a night, and sessions on site with the girls are about $40-$80 depending on time. Threesomes and foursomes are available.
If you are a fan of the hunt, you can stay on the north shore of the island in Sosua and prowl for street girls. Even more affordable, and generally (but not always) safe. When I told a friend I was going to the resort rather than trying to find street girls, he said "that's like shooting fish in a barrel." I pointed out that the people who shoot fish in a barrel get to eat a LOT of fish...
