Well, it's not like the Providers are in a serious committed relationship with the Hobbyists. And all the Provider does is sexually satisfy the guy and if he is not satisfied, then move on to the next Provider.

That said, I have observed the same difference between men and women. Men are more visual while women can be attracted more on the basis of personality.

18 - 22 Years old, really? I guess that's okay if that's your age as well, but most ladies at that age don't know what the hell great sex is all about, and they certainly can't hold torch to woman in her 40's. One day you will figure that out...hopefully.

ok .. so some missed my point .. i was saying ( or typing) that i have noticed a trend that there are more and more lets call them plain looking women on the escort ad boards. i would imagine many would have not done so in the past, and my guess is that the stigma of escorting has greatly reduced or they are now more aware of the hobby overall ................. except of course in the case of any rap stars.

missed the most important point. Most all hobbyists would agree on what constitutes great service, but there is a wide range of what hobbyists may consider hot, or not. Appearance is highly subjective. Some guys, like me, prefer their ladies to be slender, but I have friends that like them very curvy and with large round butt. We are never going to agree, on which of these body types are hot TO EACH OF US, so it does little to discuss what constitutes "hot" among a wide range of hobbyists because the answer will not be the same for everyone, or even a majority, unless you restrict your sample size to ONLY providers who are priced in the stratosphere. Just my opinion after interacting and discussing looks and service with a few th9ousand guys here over the years. This doesn't even count the ladies who might not be hot strictly on a "looks" basis, but who MAKE THEMSELVES HOT by the attitude and service they bring to the session.
CDL I have to say I really appreciated the way you explained this. So many gents will argue over looks and the scoring of same, without the ability to comprehend that not everyone thinks like they do. There are a wide variety of tastes when it comes to appearances and yes, this is quite subjective.
In contrast, except for certain nuances in style, performance in fairly standard and attitude even more so.
A pretty lady with an outstanding attitude is definitely hot. A physically perfect lady with a bad attitude is not hot, but is instead cold in my opinion.
TBH, I think that really under estimates the variation that exists in assessing performance (or attitude). While I'm willing to say looks have more variability than performance, and maybe attitude, all are subjective in nature.
To offer a counter case, there is no level of performance that will make some unattractive woman attractive to me so that performance is necessarily going to be rated low by me, and I think others will as well. In fact TER did a poll a couple of years back that might shed some light. They as how inaccurate pictures might impact scores. A large percentage, for get if it was a true majority or just the largest minority of responses, said that the reviewer gave lower scores for both looks and performance for such situations. I suppose one could argue that those are not true/accurate scores but rather penalties imposed. But that implies we have to assume most people here are a petty and vindictive lot. Some yes, but I don't think a large portion are.
I’m not sure we are on the same page here. What I was agreeing with was the idea that the expectation of looks cannot be generalized as easily as that of performance and attitude.
Basically most can agree on a set of qualities that indicate good performance.
But what is attractive, that is not one size fits all.
I was not suggesting that any scores were independent of each other and that a woman who was perceived to be unattractive would not see lower performance ratings than if she was perceived as attractive to the gentlemen doing any scoring.
