Instructions on the condom box!
Perhaps you are not unrolling them enough to read them? 
I've seen it all now. Opened a box of condoms and noticed some writing on the inside of the empty box. Turned the box inside out and there were complete written instructions in two languages as well as three illustrations!
So, somewhere there's two people about to have sex and between them they can't figure out how to get the condom on. But they can read, (no) so they go looking on the inside of the box for directions. RightThe condoms I use have "how to" information printed right on them.
