What do you guys think are the odds of a getting busted by LE at an upscale hotel with an independent? Do you think it would be more or less on a weekday night or in a small town compared to a big city? And have any of you gotten busted before? Thanks.
If the indy you're with is not a cop. Do your research well. I've been with over a hundred ladies over a 30 + year period and never had a problem, of course, with the present climate in this country, who knows what the future will bring?
I am guessing that most providers are Dems.... but what are most hobbiests - I would bet Reps.... what say all!

I register as "unenrolled" so that I can pull a Republican or Democratic ballot on primary day. I usually vote Democrat, but not always.
which we tried to eliminate during my tenure. Political parties which use public facilities and matching funds for the purpose of seeking public office are obviously private associations when it suits them.
Only a Democrat would want to maintain perogatives, instead of loyally signing his mind over to The Party.

Having been in this hobby for about 6 years now, I have met a lot of providers. Each provider comes from a different background and has her own outlooks on life. The same is true for hobbyist. Therefore, I don't see how anyone can make such a broad stroke classification that providers must be democrats and hobbyist must be republicans.
What is it that would cause you to assume this, and by assuming this are you insinuating something else about each group?
I can assure you that I am a card carrying member of the Democratic Party and have been carrying their flag since the 6th grade. As you can see, I am not afraid to put it out on table.
Hypothesis = 1 a : an assumption or concession made for the sake of argument b : an interpretation of a practical situation or condition taken as the ground for action
2 : a tentative assumption made in order to draw out and test its logical or empirical consequences

most Dems are providers while most Reps are takers
that in the big cities, cops would let my friends go if they just had a small joint so long as they behaved from then on.
in south carolina, if a cop finds a seed in your car, they are happy to at least arrest you as we don't have the crime or the population so I am quite sure the cops get bored.
I think if you go to an upscale hotel and the provider isn't being loud, things will be overlooked. In SC, my massage parlor was raided but the police confessed that they had no choice as the owner had a souveneir shop in front and answered both phones while on the register so families could hear what was going on.
I know in SC, the narcotics squad starts work about 2pm. I had a girlfriend who was trying to get your husband out of her house w/o getting arrested as he sold drugs out of her house and called them up.
Maybe a 10am appt would help

The Odds are a lot higher is the provider is not discreet ie post her location on various boards.
If agencies or independents do their work screening -- and usually getting another provider reference -- it's fairly safe, especially if a provider knows where she's going once in the hotel. I always ask how to maneuver the lobby so I don't look lost. Without another provider or agency reference, it's scarey to see a new client. I have a few other tricks if reviewed providers want to email me.

Small towns-big cities- its no difference
Less likely with an indy I'd say unless they are trafficing drugs/ etc. Or they are high priced call girls..
Then again, their husbands are pimping them ( Yes this happens)There was recently a bust in Erie,PA. Small town with no pulse. a 175/hrly girl.. but the husband was pimping her, they had drugs on premises, five computers, new vehicles etc.. they want the money.
The department quouted " she kept very good records , we should hire her for a bookkeeper" rofl!

I have 2 laptops, My main desktop, and my sons computers,(3) not to mention.. tmobile sidekick and a pda... so all in all... i have 8 LOL!
Lets see. I have four in my home office, two upstairs, one in the basement, three pen based tablets, two Audrey's (internet appliances), and a PDA Phone (Pocket PC).
That makes 13.
I only have two laptops - one desktop for me - and one for my son.... so I was cunfused.... by the other one....
OK, actually 6 computers + the company laptop (which isn't used to serf TER - for obvious reasons,)but they date back to one of the original Mac's, black and white screen, a whole 20 MB external hard drive. And I actually have a friend who is interested on getting that on.
But I'll have to figure how to use more than 2 at a time. I'll keep reading.....
With a well reviewed "indy", I believe youir odds are basically nill.
A legit and well reviewed indy will be as concerned about that as you will.
Don't be overly paranoid about it.
Just make sure of who you are meeting.
That goes for both the guys and the ladies.

Thanks for all the advice. Couple other questions I had since this is my first time...The provider seems okay when I talked on the phone. She's been reviewed 8 or so times I think, but not since september, she says she moved out of town and is back for the week visiting family which is what the website says too. Also I had to book the hotel with a local address, any advice as to what to tell the hotel people if they ask what I'm doing there? Anybody also worried about walking in and out in front of them through the lobby within a short amount of time. Obviously i'll look for another way out.
You worry to much for the hobby. Give em any name you want and pay cash. If they ask tell them you are seeing a friend. Why do you think most hotels never tell you about lost items unless you ask? They don't care as long as your guest looks like she could be a guest.
Getting busted generally is based upon charges for acts of solicitation ie... offering money for sex. The more open and affrontive to local community standards this act is, the greater the chance of drawing lightning. Drive up pandering is the most offensive to community standards.
Mind you it’s generally not actually having sex in private quarters, but attempting to buy it right here in "River City!" that PO's the local LE. Generally, the COP's boss is elected and must demostrate a certain tough stance on such matters as open sexual conduct of any kind. The cracking down on John's follows the idea that mo market buyers the providers leave, or so the logic has gone for some 6,000 wrong headed years.
A friend attorney hobbyist advised me to simply never offer to pay, Never. Do not ask how much, bargain for a better deal or offer to pay more for additional services. If you can not determine the tariff before hand without crossing this line take the traffic elsewhere. That's tough on a lonely night in "Cut n' shoot" Texas, but better safe than sorry. A very good example of what I mean was used in the movie “Catch Me If You Can” where DiCappro’s character a “Paper Hanger” was in a motel with a fashion model provider. Didn’t see it? Rent the movie.
I make it a rule to never go private not knowing the deal, thinking you'll work it out in private. That doesn't work either, as body mic's and hidden in purses are tactics used frequently by undercover LE. Further, any attempt on the provider’s part to negotiate a deal should end with a hand wave and a refusal to give over money under such discussions. Perhaps express understanding that you appreciate her circumstance and you don’t want your time together filled with worry, and at the most offer to loan money to help with rent, bus fare home, groceries for the kids, new Jimmy Chooze, but never ever money for sex. If that doesn’t work open the door and one of you walk through it, but nary a word spoken from your lips about money for sex.
When providing the necessities of life to a provider, have the "donation" pre counted in a plain envelope unsealed. Place it open sight of the provider but NEVER hand to hand. Make no statement as to what it is or whose it is, because it's yours until it’s picked up without your objection.
When in private, use words that are exactly like the encounter is a natural date, sweet talk but totally avoid the discussion of the hobby. Talk about her clothes, makeup and the weather, but do not ask for sex, just get at it, kissing fondling and let nature take its course. Keep small talk to simple stuff … how pretty she is and give her a soft touch once over as your unwrap your package! Go for the gusto expectantly and a visual inspection of a naked body will provide the peace of mind that the provider is not LE! When the clothes are off and the Johnson is in deep I'll promise you the provider is not LE.
Conversely, LE will be evasive avoiding any type of penetration and will be persistent in trying to entrap you into a compromising discussion or set of actions. If you are simply persistent on having consensual sex between two adults and refuse to discuss things off limits, the LE will hit the door to check the air in her tires. If you are uncertain about an in call situation, follow the same methods.
I’d be very interested in any legal professional’s comment’s on the above. Further, I’m told that a police officer must answer honestly when asked “Are you a police officer or law enforcement professional?” If so, it could certainly get some dates off to a really exciting start!
No offense meant, but if you worry like that then this hobby isn't for you. Take up golf or buy a boat.
