amazing season !!!  They beat UCLA like a drum !!! How many people out there actually picked the Gators to win it all???  They don't start ANY Seniors, so all their starters will be back next year !!!    Go Gators!!!   (BTW, I DID pick the Gators.  See my post under the alias "Gator Tail" )

Why you guys are attracted to 10 sweaty guys running around indoors in their underwear!

:)

I am Elmer of Borg. Wesistance is futile. You will be assimiwated!

Unless I missed the post, I did not see your post before the game or tournament saying the Gators were going to take it all...

As a Bruin fan, this loss hurts (my pride as well as offshore account), but, at least I have been there with them from the beginning. Our best is still in front of us, we will be back.

Props to Florida for a fine Tournament, Donavan is a great coach and recruiter. Thank god you guys had Noah, he pulled a Danny Manning type run thru the finals...Without him...Who knows...

NSF------Bitter, Very Bitter

it is always good to hear of the home team doing good.

...count on the whole team being back, though, Smeg, now that Joakim Noah's just become a first-rounder.

your right about Noah being history. I was hoping he'd be around next year.

You could be right about early departures.  While Florida played a great game, the game was one of the most BORING championship games I've ever seen (Right up there with the Maryland-Indiana game of '02).  UCLA didn't bring it, the flow of the game was rather dull, and it just lacked drama.  Certainly, Florida deserves credit.  But after a rather exciting build-up, the Final Four's 3 games were rather lame.  As someone already pointed out in another thread, the women's Final Four was MUCH more entertaining this year.  FYI--For over a dozen years, I've been telling people that the women's college game is far more entertaining than the NBA.  I never thought it would eclipse the men's college game, though.
