to cut or not to cut

I truly don't mind either way.  I've had many experiences with both and trust me when I say that as long as your penis is clean and your hygiene is good that the following activities are great either way.  I know a few that have asked me if this was a problem and I made it clear that we will have an amazing time as long as they make sure to be clean and rdy for fun.  There is no reason not to enjoy both as someone else has stated give it to me and I'll know what to do with it hehe
