Most of the providers I've seen have been shaved. The few that were not had a simple landing strip or triangle kept neatly trimmed.
I knew a stripper though that had shaved so that the hair was in the shape of the playboy bunny. Then at New Years she had it in the shape of a martini glass with a swizzle stick.

Why?  Because it's the most recent.  Also, she was shaved and had big juicy lips that were highly suckable.

A fat pussy....

A girlfriend of mine, years ago, shaved a horizontal line through her bush and got a tattoo of Tweety Bird pushing a lawn mower.  
It said, "I tawt I taw a puddy."
When she wanted, she'd just let it grow in and the tattoo disappeared...
She went by Nicole and had a foot fetish...Red hair, but not down there.  lol
