"Rise of the Planet of the Female Cyborg Escorts" or extinction of humanity?

Here's an interesting article about the possibility in the future of using "gynoids" or female cyborgs as sex workers instead of humans. It is almost like the movie "Surrogates" but a male human can go to a female cyborg that is just like a human female and have relations with her or "it" should I say. This would be great because they will develop them to be resistant to STD's but still use a condom and it could work in the U.S. because they are machines not humans and they would be a great way to go around the ban on sex work in the majority of the U.S. What do most of you think of this? They will probably be built to be human-like with artifical emotions in them and knowledge of sexuality that might compete against "human females". Some of you are probably thinking that if they end up becoming 'self-aware' or more intelligent than humans they could turn on us and rise up but I doubt that. Imagine in the future going to a place where female cyborg companions are without fear of the law because they are machines not human
