Apparently that seems to be the case, because it's rare that I would find a profile for them when I run their phone number through TER's search function. Then there are very few bp providers who only recently started including their TER ID# in their ads. But that's not surprising, because when I offer to write a review for a girl I've seen, many of them have never heard of TER, then I have to explain what it is. Some of them don't even know they have a pre-existing review, while there are others who "think" they have a review somewhere out there, they're just not sure where. Many of the BP hookers are transients in the business, and don't really think about long-term strategies to promote themselves. although SOME are often referred to in the industry as "touring girls." There are touring girls that use BP because not all cities have other choices. However, I think the distinction between "touring" and "transient" comes from whether they fly from city to city or take the bus.

It really depends on what city you’re in. I advertised on bp in Phoenix and I’m not a street walker. It sometimes depends on what kind of information providers are comfortable giving out to advertise. Lots of sites like EROS require a credit card. You have to give them your address and full name just to pay. Which I don’t feel safe giving out. Backpage allows me to pay with gift cards and bitcoin. They don’t require my personal information.
