I was just looking at the "Top 10 Posters" on a couple of boards and I noticed some ties. But TER doesn't indicate ties like they do in, say, sports (e.g., golf):
1. Art 70
2. Bob 71
3. Chet 72 (both are #3)
3. Dan 72 (both are #3)
5. Eric 75
.
The TER lists were straight 1-10. In one case, the tied names were alphabetical (3. Chet 4. Dan) and in another case they were reverse alpha (3. Dan 4. Chet).
.
WHAT IS THE TIE BREAKER RULE that separates the raw scores?
.
I know that North Korea, Isis, and KMP rate increases might be more interesting and more important, but it might be interesting to know this. It could come in handy in the event of nuclear war with North Korea where the fragile egos of the NK (DPRK) and USA leaders are important factors.
... anyone except you gives a fuck about the Top 10 Posters, and how to break ties. 😜
