Are there any VISA gift cards that I can use to purchase membership on TER. I know they take store gift cards but that ends up costing too much.
If VISAs don't work I'll just have to go the money order route.The problem is that the financial institutions that process the cash-loaded Credit Cards do not process anonymous payments from the US to non-US entities ... because of the laws and regulations restricting such transactions. The government doesn't want to make it that easy to send cash to terrorists or to pay for your TERrerist VIP. (Other countries might have similar restrictions. I don't know if it will be worth a trip to Montreal just to buy a CC and pay TER because it might also be blocked.)

If you are not in the US, you might be able to get the payment processed to Germany or Netherlands or wherever their financial address is located.
