You need to become familiar with google reverse image and/or  tineye.

I've only had two bait-and-switch experiences so far. Both times, I went through with it.

First time was nearly 20 years ago, back when I still called agencies that I found in the Yellow Pages. I hadn't used this particular agency before. I requested a slender blonde, and they sent me a woman who was nearly as tall as me and probably 25 pounds heavier than me. She had really big hands but no Adam's apple, so I settled for a CBJ with my eyes closed. CBJ was standard back then.

Second time was 7 years ago, when I was using Craiglist to find providers. In the pictures, she was a pretty and slender latina. In real life, she was normal build and native american, but still attractive. We had a really nice time together. I asked her towards the end about her misleading pictures, and she explained that she wanted to give guys an idea of what she looked like without risking that someone would recognize her and out her.

I wonder if somewhere there's an escort telling her friends about some gross dude who insisted on a 3am appointment, showed up and then only wanted to talk for a half hour. She was so creeped out that she pulled all her ads and changed her phone number.

Never had what I would call a complete Bait and Switch but a couple of times I've been pretty sure that ladies have used photos of certain body parts that clearly don't belong to them.  If you see a photo of a sexy ass all by itself without the rest of the lady and you don't see the same ass in other photos I tend to think it's a fake and they are just trying to attract ass men hoping when they see the whole package they won't mind. Or, as one girl said, she had been working out a lot and losing weight because she wanted to win a swimsuit competition. I know that was a lie because if she ever really had the ass that was in the photo she wouldn't have wanted to lose it for a swimsuit competition.

Walk first answer questions later, and that's  a big if in alot of cases.   Seriously the 3AM creepy crawlie hookers from my experience  , have not been the ones I am worried about retribution  from.  

I agree with those who say walk away and don't look back but I think there is one possible exception to the rule. It's never happened to me but every once in a while you read a review where someone says she wasn't the girl in the photos but she looked just as good or even better and the service was great. As for why a lady would do that, one of them explained to the reviewer that it was because she had easily identifiable tattoos and didn't want to be recognized. So she used a photo she thought was fairly representative and if he wasn't happy he was free to leave, no questions asked. Mr. Johnson was well pleased with this particular bait and switch and he left a satisfied customer so I guess that's one case where a lady could be forgiven.

nothing good happens at that time. I may respond emails late if I can't sleep... but I would never schedule a date that isn't between 10 am to 10pm. Period.  

If I have a request at 3 am the first things I imagined is
-this person is on drugs
-this person is drunk

Anddddd those are not appealing at all to me.

I had a bait/switch once...

Years ago I was communicating with a pretty thing about meeting up.  She was suppose to have 34C chest, nice legs and be a runner.  When we met her face was nice enough, but when we got to the hotel she was an A cup and she wasn't a runner.  I used to be a runner.  I know what runner legs are like.  Her legs were thin but very floppy.  Not from fat but just soft muscle I guess.  It was actually a serious turnoff and I ended up just getting more time in her mouth than anything else.  It was seriously disappointing.  Worse was she had high consideration.  After that I've always been extra careful reading posts, site photos and reviews.

I know some other people have mentioned the time of the appt being 3am and that already being a bad sign.
I guess it depends on the city you are in...speaking from a provider who is in vegas 3am appt is not unheard of.
 I have done quite a few appts at that time but those appts were booked in advanced or way back in my agency days.
The late night time,motel,low rate,BP with fake photos and no reviews all these factors together should have given you an idea of where that was heading.
If the photos were fake it would have been easier to just leave.I will say you might want to expand your spending budget.

I'm OK if someone uses body parts that closely resemble one's appearance...but you can't swap a face out and I'm huge on appearance. Can't put a raincoat on and play looking at a face that just got smacked by a Mac Truck.

A lot of the 3 AM'ers are drop dead gorgeous. They're the ladies who usually charge more because they know they can at that time of night.

Never reward false advertising. I have walked out for similar and not left a dime. That is how you handle  it. If ether party was deceptive in getting the meeting the other party has every right at ending it at the door.
