There is nothing that hints at "sex for money" with the question "is it OK if I take off my clothes?" There is nothing at all incriminating about saying yes to such a request and there is ZERO chance a female undercover officer is actually going to take her clothes off.
Personally I think the proper response to that question is "is it OK if I help?" lol
The goal of any LEO is to get you to incriminate yourself, this question does nothing to further that end, and actually pretty much ends any chance LE would have to get you to incriminate yourself as once you answer in the affirmative she is going to either have to arrest right then or come up with some kind of excuse to not take off her clothes if she were actually LE.
