Enjoy your anger.

I recently sat and watched a very upset lady e-mail TER support complaining about a reviewer who gave her an 8 and 9. The reason? He falsely claimed she gave him Greek and CIM.

12 days later, I noticed the review was not gone. So I inquired. The response;

"In matters like these we prefer to deal directly with the provider".

Oh trust me, I too enjoy a certain laid-back charm. But it can be done without making your house into Retardville.

Note: this is not "intervention". There is no need for "discussion". Simply a reminder to follow up on HER request. Please do the work, and remove the review.

The board moderators have absolutely nothing to do with the review process. They are volunteers who help approve messages on the discussion boards. Reviews are processed and approved by employees of TER.

I am sure that your intentions were genuine and that you believe that your intervention would assist this provider. Unfortunately, we do not discuss private review issues with a third party.  This is to protect information confidential to the provider and the member who wrote the review. This is what was meant by: “In matters like these we prefer to deal directly with the provider"
