Was this because of time constraints (taking too long pleasuring her orally and not being able to finish within the allotted time)? If so, I also recommend booking longer appointments.

Even if you have "gotten yours," and there is still time within the appointment, there are a number of ways to NOT leave her hanging (which I consider a breach of pooner etiquette and just bad manners in general).
