That DOES look like Candi Evans. She always cracked me up, because she had a voice like the hooker towards the end of the Steve Martin movie "The Man With Two Brains" who said that she never got any business because of her voice. Great body, though.
The torso appears to be someone that is much taller than AK. The puss also looks like an older, more experienced woman. Anna is not guilty of much other than being have more than her share of blonde moments. Is she this stupid? Good question. Whomever doctored the shit did a pretty good job down to the waist and then... it could be anyone.

...the cheesy border screams fake. Obviously the photoshopper was so taken by his creation he considered it art worthy of framing.
the jaw line, just before it angles up towards the ear, it is fuzzy.
When you compare that to the clarity of the rest of the image, that is a bit of a give away that someone softened or blurred that area in a "photoshopping" effort.
Also, the sharpness of the facial features, when compared to the rest of the image it is less sharp, less defined.
The there is a more sallow quality to the skin of the face.
Could probably open it an image editor...say photoshop and get more information, but why?
Yeah...I would say a fake, but as fakes go, not too bad.
