Presumably what BDG mean by ladies didn't take care of themselves "before" coming over to see Mike is that they did not take an enema to flush out the contents of the colon resulting from a meal consumed 8+ hour ago. If I eat a meal I am usually not up to sex afterwards... has to do with satiety centers in the old noggin.... Does anyone else have that problem...
And ladies- if it is a dinner date - do you mind if the dinner is after the sex... or do you prefer the dinner before (and here there is that food "aftersmell").
I have done both and must say - I prefer the dining afterward... more relaxed dinner also - or maybe - just maybe- it was the companion.
The whole experience of eating is very sensual and whets the appitite for later fun... as long as I don't eat too much!
As to dinner dates, one of the reasons for the social time first is that it lets you catch up with friends and chat and flirt, for new friends it lets you build a rapport before retiring for a more intimate engagement.

I have only done one dinner date. It was my first "real" indie escort and I was nervous as a cat. I just made the mistake last night of dining first. (My date got a late flight in and it was either dine first or no dine at all.) My mojo just fell asleep at the switch, so to speak.

Depends on the situation. If I am first meeting the lady, I think it's best to dine first to allow us to get to know each other better and then retire back to the room for the real fun. If it's someone I've seen before, I like to play a little, go to dinner and then retire back for another couple of rounds.

Actually, the best dinner date appointment I've had involved having dinner in the middle....We would have some "playtime" first, then go out to a place on Sunset Blvd.(LA) then come back for some more bedroom fun...
I am just wondering....do you take these girls to a nice restaurant or to the deli or bar in the hotel lobby (or nearby)? I normally am not a big dresser and normally prefer to go to the bar/restaurant, far more relaxing. I guess going to an upscale deli (Au Bon Pan) place for sandwhiches is not a good idea? The hotel restaurant in a best western or similar hotel is probably what most people do?

It's always nice to take two hours getting ready for a date and then be mauled while walking through the hotel door and still have to go to dinner afterward looking like you're put together. Tee-he! I prefer dinner first, then it's always more sensual to have desert in bed. Besides, if you eat turkey for dinner then you're more relaxed when it comes to love-making.

A couple of years ago I had a most unusual dinner date. He was a professional chef and he brought all the fixings for a gourmet dinner. In between courses, we played, drank wine or he prepared the next course. Not in any particular order, ya know? It was relaxing and erotic. And, the food was fabulous.
I used to be a wonderful cook before I started traveling all the time. Eating out as often as I do has caused me to loose some of those culinary skills. However, after this next tour, I'm going to cut back on the travel schedule and be in Tampa more often except for the hottest part of the year.
