Not being paranoid but with all that is happening with Eros, just makes one wonder about the process of 411 and what if scenarios?
My understanding is that Gina destroys all paperwork, has no US presence etc. that does distinguish it from Eros. Is there something that she could do more to further 'lower' (understand that there is no 'eliminate' scenario) or is she doing all that one can do?
What happens if people call her? Calls are logged even if they are from burner phones, isn't it?
Any thoughts? suggestions?

With all thats thing on in eros is still not very likely that you'll get caught up in a sting or anything with LE
P411, I figured the more places I was on the more risk. Also I thought P411 overlapped what I receive from TER. From a client view point anyway. If a provider is not on TER and P411 on the free side I will not see her. My thoughts anyway.
If you write reviews on TER you can be verified. Guys who don't write reviews need something else and P411 does the job.
In my view, it gives me the safest start to finding an excellent experience. Then i check if there are reviews here or on the prevalent site in the area that I'm looking. I've rarely made appointments with providers that don't have reviews. The only times were with personal references from other mongers that I know and trust.
Most of the ladies that I've seen have said that the only thing that the reviews give them, as far as screening is concerned, is an idea if we might be compatible. Or, if she knows some of the ladies that I have reviewed. Otherwise, they generally worthless as references .
That's just my experience. I'm sure there are as many variations as people.
But I do agree that P 411 is a great way to be verified. P 411 "okays" are a LOT more useful for screening purposes than either White Lists or any number of reviews you might have written.
I almost never use it and find myself with plenty of options for dates with TER. I bought a P411 subscription early on because I was having issues finding providers that would take a chance on a newbie but once I got myself two references, I really don't know why I should bother renewing my subscription once it expires. Plus it's not as user-friendly as TER is.

P411 is a very interactive site. Any untrue claims by man or woman get corrected. Everything is double/triple/etc verified by the people with "hands on" experience. Men are required to answer several questions about themselves which are of definite interest to the ladies. P411 is the best thing [in hobbyland anyway] since sliced bread. The more you use it, the better it gets, because you will continue to find out new [good] things you did not know.
Every provider but one of the ladies that I have seen in the last 3 years have been on P411. On my side of it, I start my research there because most of the ladies on there are taking their screening seriously and are verified by P411. I also can tell if they are active and they can screen me easily. I find it a secure way to start communication for an appointment for both parties.
I travel a fair bit and having P411 makes it easy for ladies in the cities I visit to screen me. And it makes it easy to keep my references up to date. So many p4p ladies won't accept references over 3 to 6 months old. So P411 makes keeping that up to date simple.
I feel much more secure in the ladies that I'm choosing if they are on P411.
But, if a lady on P411 doesn't have reviews somewhere, I go onto my local TER board and ask if anybody knows her. Then I get PM's from some mongers who have seen her. If no references, then I won't see her.
There is my thought out answer
Keep in mind Gina hosts the site from Canada. She knows what time it is with respect to what can be seized and shut down and what can't. Eros made the imprudent choice of having stateside places where they store stuff. As long as your outside the US you should be okay. Now if Canada says something that is different. You next question should be is there any joint task force operations in the fire between the US and Canada. Also your next question should be are other verification services being raided as opposed to just advertising sites. RVS would have a smaller presence because it is relegated to the Midwest. Date-Check is not as relevant and important as it once was.
if you think p411 destroys any info. why would they? why should they?
The main reason a site would keep info is for recurring billing. P411 doesn't have recurring billing. Therefore retaining the private info is just useless junk that they'd have to pay storage cost for. Plus everybody saw what happened to Ashley Madison getting hacked -- bad for business. Also there is always the possibility of a court order release of info on some client that would expose all their other clients. I doubt P411 keeps those liabilities laying around and does't get the main payback of recurring billing.
I did have one provider ask me why I am no longer on P411, and I told her what I said here. She saw I had reviews on TER. So she agreed to see me. If that changes than I would have to sign up with P411 again, I hope it does not happen though.
Especially when I travel. It makes hobbying a lot easier.
It is reassuring for both me, and the ladies that we are who we say we are in our correspondences - or at least the lady is a verified provider and I'm a verified hobbyist.
So for me, it is worth the investment.
I think it's good to have both...
