Personally, I gave up caring what stupid people think about be a LONG LONG time ago.
As for school, "smart sluts" know they most likely don't want to have "this" as their only way to make a living down the road, and "down the road" comes a lot faster than you could ever imagine. "Dumb sluts" don't realize this and fall for the allure of "easy money" that doesn't require years of study. So in your case, you sound much more like a smart slut than a dumb slut so I wouldn't worry about what some guy you "used to see" thinks about what you are doing with your life.

This is 100% correct. Your education and what you have worked for can never be taken from you. I as well in school and always trying to better myself and my life. Again, with escorting it is wonderful and gives you a sense of security but there is a shelf life to this. It's certainly possible to remain in the escort business up into your late 50's (and beyond) but you generally have to have lucky genetics as I mentioned in another thread. But there might be a danger in waiting too long after the calls start to dwindle. You might go through a period of low income while you re-establish your career in the civie world. Do you have any idea how many providers have careers outside of their providing work? By my experience, lots of them. My current 3 favs all have other careers (one owns two other businesses) and many other providers I've met over the years have/had other careers. They do (or did) providing part time because they enjoyed it and it was great income for a few hours worked.

I haven't met with many escorts at this point, but a couple of them have mentioned that they attend college, presumably to move on from their current job as a provider.
I can see the need for a Plan B. Hell, maybe escorting is the Plan B, and Plan A simply requires extra capital. I noticed older escorts typically have to charge less for their services, and I can imagine they often aren't in as high demand since younger girls come onto the scene on a constant basis.
