Actually, the auto parts store has a better variety of sizes for those adjustable ones. I can also pick up the jumper cables and 12 volt battery for my e-stim set up. One stop shop.
And to guard all us male's fragile egos, they are sized starting at large and going up from there.
There are many different kinds. The one you would want to slow down ejaculation would probably be one of the softer more stretchy rings that goes around cock and the balls. That would constrict the connection between the testicles and the prostate and slow things down a bit. The real upside to doing that is, that when you do cum, it will extend the amount of time that you will be cumming. Stretching it from around 5-15 seconds to up to 45 seconds.
That's from my experience and discussing it with a few other ring users.
But, most importantly, don't leave it on too long. You could break your dick and it could fall off!
