Anyone else having problems with TER loading slowly?...

For two days now it's taking anywhere from 10 seconds up to 30 for a page to load.

Happens on both Chrome and IE.   Every other site I go to is fine.

It's much like when the new TER was getting ready to roll out.

Is my dick loading slowly for the second pop during a session.  I don't think its TER's problem.

Same thing here in Chicago.

Yes and not sure why. Maybe too many of us on line?

It is the Russians or Chinese hacking the system

...a message stating service not available. Try again later.

Every other site has no issues. This has all been on my Kindle.

the site was taking a long time to load.At first the site wouldn't load kept saying service unavailable.
I am on firefox.

It was down at least for the past few hours for me... and it has been slow as you mentioned for the past few days.

I keep getting intermittent "Service Unavailable" error messages. "Try again later." Sometimes, the page loads on a repeated click; sometimes, I try in 10 minutes and it works. If not solved quickly, I shut down and try again several hours later.

And that is to make it load at a glacial pace. This completes the new version and the intent to make it totally shitty...

My browser of choice is Firefox, so it appears to cross all platforms.  Wonder if the latest Windows update, which has been problematic, is contributing to these technical difficulties?

People are complaining (in other threads) about a variety of problems on PCs (Mac and Windows), smart phones (iOS and Android).  So I don't think it's just a Windows thing.  And they report problems using all different browsers (IE, FF, Safari, Chrome, ...).
.
But there's the thing. Well, my thing, since I've been recommending it for years. Open source (freeware) Forum Software is used by millions of users on thousands of bulletin boards, websites, etc.. The various forum software consortia that maintain those packages would have dozens and dozens of programmers debugging code to operate properly in any modified operating system environment.
.
As new problems arise, TER is stuck having to debug their own custom code. I don't know how many full time programmers they have. My guess is that most of the new GUI was outsourced to contract programmers.
.
Design or design implementation is one thing. We disagree with some of TER Admin's decisions and that's that.  But debugging coding errors and keeping code up to date with new technical requirements is quite another.
.
In another thread, I referred to the freely available HTML Validators out there. Plug in a URL and it checks the HTML for coding errors. I've checked a bunch of TER urls and TER HTML is full of errors, some minor, some major.

if it works don't fix it

I suspect that the work to remove the tendrils of the old TER from the new over that past few days accounted for the slow operation.
