Gentlemen, what's something we (as women) tend to be self-conscious about, that you find attractive?

For me, I've always thought that my smile is a bit awkward, as I sometimes smile bigger with the left side of my mouth.
Men have told me that it's cute and child-like.
Also, the fat that I still haven't lost - Gentlemen have told me that it helps lend to a softer and more feminine figure on me. Not gonna argue with that one :)
Last but not least, my use of the English language. I LOVE grammar/spelling for some reason, and have no problem speaking well/proper, but I will also intentionally butcher it.
I had a client laughing at me, just the other day, telling me that I sounded like a cross between a university professor (yeah, right) and a hillbilly.
While I was somewhat embarrassed about it, he found it "comforting to know that [you're smart but also quite the little clown]".

So, what are some other "flaws" that we have, that you actually find attractive?

what's not to like. I think a woman appreciates when you focus on something she's self-conscious about and do so with the greatest pleasure...
Regardless of her self consciousness, regardless of the body part ... or perhaps, as you mention, a language concern.
I also enjoy the challenge of communicating with nothing but our actions and reactions doing the talking. Hottt

she was 5' 3" and her weight would bounce between about 95-98lbs. She was so small at 95 lbs that even size zero was too large for her and she would have to shop in the "girls" section.

One day she was trying on some jeans she had just bought and asked me if I thought those jeans "made her ass look fat" I was completely fucking dumbfounded.

Sometimes I’m too humble about my perfection.

... so I'm replying to the question in the subject line.  I find most providers very self-conscious about their faces, wrt having makeup applied just-so.  But I think clean, natural skin is very sexy and attractive.  The less make-up, the better.

Then there was a provider I knew years ago who had one "innie" nipple. She was very self-conscious about it.  I thought it was adorable.

I almost NEVER leave the house/meet someone (especially a client) without makeup, but even as a trans woman, I've been lucky enough that I don't necessarily need it. And even though I don't pack it on,  I've gotten the typical, "Are you sick?" question, when I wasn't wearing any.
If I want to go "without makeup", I'll still fill my brows a little, and put on a little mascara. Just enough to make my eyes pop.

Supposedly, freckles are a blemish, but they drive me nuts, especially if on the breasts.

There are *so* many quirky little things that women are often self-conscious about, that I (and I'll bet I'm not alone) find charming.  Things like the lopsided smile you mention, or an accent. A tooth that goes a little wayward, maybe.

An acquaintance of mine said she hated looking at her pictures because she looks so short and round. I thought, "Don't you know how sexy short and round can be?"

Small breasts, as somebody else has mentioned. And butts and thighs that their owners think are too big. Ladies! Some of us really like just-enough above and a little extra below.

I second the small breasts (a nice soft handful is really all that I need) and the "tooth that goes a little wayward."

Long inner labia are also a neat variant that sometimes don't get enough love.

Im self-conscious about wearing my eyeglasses during a date. I have horrible vision and after losing my contacts(clear) and breaking the frames on my glasses i have often met someone not being able to really see and fumbling around in a blurry haze lol because i dont think i look good with glasses on.

and while I don't think you are wearing glasses in any of them, I can't imagine that you wouldn't look good in them.

But if I were seeing you, I'd say by all means leave them off and fumble around in a blurry haze.  :-)  *You* wouldn't look better if you didn't wear your glasses, but *I* sure would!

I am a sucker for

Women with braces on their teeth
Eyes that are just a tiny bit cross-eyed (like Chloë Grace Moretz)
Big teeth (like Jennifer Connelly)
Inverted nipples
Large labias
Small butts (I don't need ba-donka-donk)
One breast being visibly larger than the other (natural=charming)

I don't find self-consciousness attractive.

A regular lady that I see was lamenting the growth of her FUPA.
I really enjoy holding her there while I DATY.
Aside from her magnificent c cups, this little  FUPA would be the only extra on a lithe athletes body.

I, for some reason, find pointy and elven ears irresistible. The girls (who I have met) with such ears always wore their hair long which basically told me that they would rather hide them.
