Swim 16 to 20 laps in a pool. Take some whey protein after swimming. Clean up and go to an appointment with a provider. For homework report back on what she says when you are fucking her lol. If you want a multiple pop session eat a 1/2 chicken meal with some vegetables.  I will report back what I have heard when I do these things before a session.

but I will.   I like the Senator's prep routine way better than yours.  

Train with weights for and hour. Then a spin/cycle class.
Feels wonderful after having my brains fucked out of me.

I like to reverse that order -- hit the gym about 3 hours before playtime. Gives me a good pump, gets the blood to moving, loosens up the joints and gets the muscles warmed up. Then a light meal about an hour and a half beforehand.  

After an additional 2-3 hours of playtime, I'm well-fucked -- have a protein bar, then off to sleep.

Best combo for me!

After the playtime, which can be a good workout in itself ;) I'm way too relaxed to go to the gym.

...way more energy than me, if I spent an hour at the gym before play time I don't know if I would have enough gas in the tank to make it over the hill with my playmate, and afterward I just want a good nap.

I read somewhere (can't recall where) that exercising  intensely big muscles such as legs/glutes stimulates testosterone production in the next day or so,  I believe it's in the next 24-48 hours  but I can be wrong. An increase in testosterone stimulates libido and increases stamina, Maybe somebody here knows more about this.

Yes I find my testosterone level is the highest after a hard workout and than a great night of sleep. Love that morning wood than I am all ready to go to a appointment have a great fun warm up and go to gym with a big smile.
