Does LE ever use this site?

I was just reading a providers website and she seemed to be very concerned about the possibility of being busted by LE.  Just curious,  have anyone ever heard of them using this site to set up a lady or hobbyist.  With all the provider websites,  it seems if LE wanted to really wanted to bust someone,  it would be easy.  Seems to me,  when they bust providers,  it's the street walkers in questionable parts of cities.

Just to PM newbies and ask them where there are hookers working.  That's why you don't ever discuss locations with guys you don't know.  Just because they post here for a few weeks doesn't make them legit.  There have been a few busts in California this way.  Questionable streetwalkers know to keep their mouths shut.  The same can't always be said for naive newbies.  Be diligent if you're going to hobby.

>>if LE wanted to really wanted to bust someone,  it would be easy.

Yes, it would. They would steal some ~18yr old instagram model's pictures and post them to backpage, make sure to use explicit language and ridiculously cheap prices in the email exchange, and get the suckers to show up to a hotel bust.

They do this constantly, and it makes their numbers look great. In the public eye (aka what get's reported on the news), they're busting terrible men who participate in "sex trafficking", which makes them seem like heros, their pensions stay funded and the wheels keep turning.

Why would they use TER when what they're doing is so effective in accomplishing their goal of looking useful and staying employed?

This was a good thread to read and l agree that LE are more concerned with human trafficking, then a provider. I have had a couple case where an individual has emailed that same question and I just deleted them.

The funny thing is how many for LE to gov't workers in politics or military have seen providers. Was it not a few years back there was a huge up roar because of some questionable expenditures with providers. Biting the hand that feeds you is not my policy and will not ever be.

Remember whether you a provider or hobbyist we are here to protect each other from getting unwanted situations like this.

To write fake reviews, vouch for other undercovers/informants and even read the reviews out aloud in court.

Honestly y'all - LE is here and is alive and well.  Signing up for this site and writing reviews is easy peasy. What makes you think that the interwebs is immune from the law?

They need to get laid too... sheesh.

I'm in Australia right now. There is still social stigma but not having to look over my shoulder is so nice.

On another note, a few ladies I know have LE clients. Men and women. I really would love to play with a real woman cop. Hehehe.

There, or are you charging ladies the same rate you charge here?

Legalization has NOTHING to do with rates. Hooker rates are a multiple ( usually 15-20 times) what the median hourly wage is for that country.

I'm getting what I usually get. Hahaha.

Actually, comparing prices in a first world country doesn't really work. Because it's all just numbers. Minimum wage is much higher here, so the numbers used are much higher. Example, a convenience store worker makes A$18 an hour so a coke is $4. What does a US convenience store worker earn and how much is a coke?

Independent ladies and  get between $300 to $2000. Average $400 to $700 just like in the US.
If you want to go to a brothel, the rates are lower, but by law, everything is covered. For you Asian lady lovers, there are many.

So, in real terms the ladies make less than in the US. It just costs a visitor the same.

Calling Gag! Calling Gag! You are the expert. The formula works everywhere. Perhaps you can educate this guy. Minimum wages have nothing to do with median wages.

Example:

NYC median 35 an hour x 15=$525

Columbia 3 an hour x 15= $45

The formula is NOT exact but it's remarkably close  in every part of the world.

It's still always about what the cost of living is in the country that you are at. Not legal or illegal.

Being legal here just means that BP can still have it's escort page and anyone can advertise there as long as they are 18 or over.

Median Australian income is A$18.80 per hour x 15 =A$582  Which equates to about US$465

But that is the whole country's population of about 24 million . Median income in Sydney or Melbourne would be much higher.

In real terms, it costs the locals about the same in Australia as it does in the US.

I don't really look over my shoulder at all. Maybe if there wasn't TER, and other sites like p411 I would, but since they do exist, they take my fear of being busted away.

Sure, LE goes hard after UA and sex slaves cases, as they should, and they go after SW's in many places with a vengeance as well, but really, when people screen in our little corner of the world and the guys follow some common sense i.e. seeing well reviewed girls with good reps and/or seeing girls that trusted contacts have seen, what are the odds of getting busted in those scenarios?

So low, imo, it not even worth discussing or worrying about.

Even if prostitution was legalized in the U.S., or decriminalized, I would still be doing my homework on who I wanted to see as I screen for looks, performance, sanity, price, menu, etc.

And how much time does it really take anyway to effectively rule the girl out from being LE? Minutes in many cases, if that.

hear about independent girls being busted except the low-end girls that get caught in outcall stings set up at motel 6 by local LE.

There was a nationwide bust of a group of affiliated Thai agencies a few months ago that included a SoCal location in OC.   As always happens with AAMP busts, the girls were catch and release, treated as victims, and scattered to work in other cities, while the owners face a lot of laughable allegations.  The SoCal owner is in custody in Minnesota where the case is being prosecuted awaiting trial or other disposition.

In the big Seattle Kgirl bust of January 2015, the longest sentence any of the org owners got was 60 days, while at the time, the media was reporting they were all facing 10 years in prison.  One org owner shot himself after arraignment, because he said he couldn't do 10 years in prison.  He should have waited until he heard the plea deal.  The girls were catch and release.  Most are currently working in LA, and some are top notch.  Others are in Philadelphia, Boston, NY or touring several cities.  I think its only a matter of time before the public quits buying the human trafficking lie.

Just check out the Atlanta board if you think that prostitution is "de facto legal" in this country

And in Dallas a few years ago there was a Thai agency busted and neither the girls or the owner got "catch and release" treatment even though the owner was charged with "human trafficking" a bullshit charge if I've ever seen one.

Now if the question is, "do most independents and even agencies fly under the radar most of the time?" Yes, I would agree with that sentiment, but it's hardly a guarantee that LE will leave you alone.

As for the general public ever catching on to the LE/MSM lie about human trafficking, I don't share your optimism, just look at how many members of TER, hookers and johns alike, buy into this bullshit. It's mind boggling just how fucking stupid people can be.

Every single girl I have ever known that was busted was bc she didn't screen. They got lazy and took the fact they couldn't get busted for granted or just were in a touch spot financially.

Yes, there is SOME work to be done, but if both sides do that bare minimum of work, I would attest that that is "de facto" legalization.

The girls, and guys, should be screening anyway since they are screening for more than just LE.

I would roughly compare it to going fishing or hunting. Are those two things legal? Well, yes, but you have to do SOME work to prevent you from getting caught up in the law if the areas you are fishing or hunting in require licenses.

The equivalent to our "licenses" in this world is TER membership, p411, etc.

To put it in a nutshell, they got busted because LE put some effort into it, which is something they normally do not.

If LE wants you, they are going to get you. The best you can do is to NOT be the low hanging fruit that they normally go after. "Most" of the time, in "most" jurisdictions, prostitution is a very low priority and running a BP sting that with minimal effort can net dozens or even hundreds of arrests in a day or two gives LE enough headlines to satisfy  themselves. Or they can simply "raid" the local AMPs which operate in broad daylight with barely a wink and a nod about what they really offer.

But in some instances LE seems to get a bug up their ass and they actually put a concerted effort into this, when that happens even the most careful of people can get swept up and find themselves behind bars, but fortunately it's a rarity.

If you want more details about what happened in Atlanta, simply go to the ATL board and look back a few months, there are several threads on the subject.

I don't think Dallas or any part of Texas is a Sanctuary, and I think the sanctuary mentality promotes easier treatment of non-violent crimes, especially misdemeanors.

It's a trade off in California. We are overrun with Mexican illegals, but the tolerant attitude makes for better treatment in general should providers have contact with LE.

From what I can tell it meets some, but not all of the definitions of a sanctuary city, I do know the Governor of Texas considers Dallas and several other cities as sanctuary and has threatened to withhold funds from those cities.

I have mixed emotions about illegal aliens, first off I don't understand how ANY city can flout federal law, but as far as illegal immigration itself goes, I am all for it where it comes to K-girls and hookers from other countries, and since I am an employer, not an employee, it doesn't really have an adverse effect on me, now if I were a wage slave who hadn't gotten a raise in ten years, partly because of immigrants who will work so cheap, I might have a different outlook. lol

There was wholesale panic among the Kgirls in LA that have overstayed their visas.  All the single guys that walked though the door was getting a marriage proposal.  Many would not fly because they were worried about being detained, so there were touring girls taking taxi's from state to state.  One girl I know paid $2000 to take a taxi from Portland to LA, but shipped her luggage by UPS.  It was crazy.  Eventually, reason returned and things went back to normal by April. Now they all laugh about how out of control and uptight they were.

Yes, even though it's legal in Australia, there is a website just like this one for the local "punters" to review and discuss just like we do in the US.

See what happened in DC, 6 years ago😩 Do your homework, all I will say .  Big reviewer turned..

Peace out

And more than once...

That happens in every group. Of course LE monitors these boards.

We had a reviewer in the Bay Area who gave up a bunch of girls to save his skin. One of the girls scheduled for the others and got two years for felony pandering.

The dude MatureGFE referred to was notorious and VERY high profile, with more than 1,000 reviews.  And he increased his notoriety by selling reviews for free or deeply discounted sessions.  So he painted a HUGE target on his back. I assume OTM is referring to "RB," which also became high profile and notorious.  Back on the east coast we had "AC," which was tripped up by sloppy business practices and lack of knowledge of the Patriot Act.  They had some of my info but LE never came knocking.
So the old cliche remains true: if you see well-reviewed indies and don't go to motels, you'll be fine.

LE & anybody else can read what s written.  Best always to remember that & not include information which compromises somone else's location or security.
A gal I'd seen few times seemed to be in my area (rather than the longer drive I usually took).  When I read her ad... I had to contact her.  There was only one small motel at the exit she's described...  Any cop could stake it out & bust her in 5 minutes.  She rewrote the ad immediately.  No, I didn't get anything for it, didn't expect anythig for it.  Except she wasn't busted & I continued to see her.  (I could not have seen her there...  parking exposed to the highway & the whole neighborhood drives by.)

I suggested implanting GPS tracking chips our Providers so we would know where they are, especially to cut down on and even eliminate NCNSs. ("I was at the veterinarian emergency room with my pet snake and pet hamster -- It seems that my snake swallowed my hamster." Really? GPS said you were at the hotel and not answering your phone.)  The downside is that LE would be able to track our Providers, too.

then you don't have to go in.  If YOU get there first, it may no be the provider slapping the cuffs on you.  Lol

But if she really is at the vet and I go there to commiserate and help her thru the pet crisis, the snake might put the bite on my snake. The hamster can go find a celebrity actor to crawl into.

In a "snake", there are two nice girls on this board, River, and Sasha, that can accommodate you.

(Mick, when you tee it up, I'm going to swing for the fence.  Lol)

Assume everyone is coming at you from every angle.
Every one is your friend. Everyone is your enemy. Assume every possible event is happening in your head. That way you will not be surprised or shocked when something does happen, and you will be a little more prepared.
I know that may sound a little paranoid. But I think to safely assume one of the other is not very smart. Just be safe at all times.
