A thread came up when all the hooker/s asked was that if you wanted to discuss rate/services to include references ahead. And it seem a john went all nuts because he didn't feel he should provide references just to inquire .. And then our self-professed moderator decided to chime in to support it. Yet after hundreds of twitter hooker rants about clients who are too stupid to formulate a complete sentence when making a appointment, that when a hooker ask for references before discussing rate/services a john goes nuts. No reason why hookers have such low opinions of some of you bordering on contempt, you can't even keep your act straightI would EVER agree with you on ANYTHING, but I'm going to agree on this one.
Hookers' biggest concern (perhaps other than inadvertently booking a session with a serial killer) is getting trapped by LE, so it stands to reason that the industry standard is that if the customers wants to discuss money or menu BEFORE the first meeting, most hookers cut him off cold with no further contact, because that is how LE traps hookers. At least this girl was willing to discuss it AFTER she screened him, which is more than he would get elsewhere. He was way out of line to get pissed off.

Discussing money for companionship is not illegal. Mentioning any type of sex acts (even if you have been screened) is what will put them off.
What I said is that most providers will not DISCUSS money with a guy they don't know, at least not the 450+ I've seen over the years. Most view the discussion of money as part of an LE trap or sting. Your area may be different. Mentioning sex acts between consenting adults is not illegal either, but I'm not going to argue semantics with you.
And I don't give any provider my screening info unless I have some understanding of her rate structure and menu.
Case in point: an out of town provider placed an ad on my local board. No rates noted. Her P411, personal website, and TER profile rates were all different (including different multipliers for longer engagements and different rates for certain big cities). She was listed as Outcall only. Why should I trouble my "references" in order to get some basic clarification?
Not only is she suppose to get to you off, she is also responsible to a referrer to other hookers as well

Fine, works in retirement, but those of us with more time constraints realize time is money.
