Be careful with Airbnb places.  Oftentimes the owner will have surveillance cameras active in the rented area to deal with damage issues and one might find himself or herself the star of an unknowing porn video.

and I preferred them. More comfortable and, well, homelike. I can understand why providers would prefer hotel or outcall, though. In any case, home incalls seem to be rare these days.

An apartment can have nosy and noisy neighbors, if the one I was at recently is any indication.

 
A gal I know told me she got chased out of her ABNB when the owner got suspicious on account of seeing two different clients come and go.

business hotel advantage of fitting in with a crowd, both guests and visitors to the bar(s) and restaurant, an apartment/condo can be more secluded. The degree of seclusion depends on the layout of the complex or building.

I never use Airbnb when working only on vacations (but honesty I rather hotels)... many homeowners have security cameras, noisy neighbors, some live close/infront the locations, I heard some cases where ladies have been thrown out when having visitors.  

Check the final print on the reservation if they don't allow visitors.  

I would use Airbnb for photoshoots.... tired of hotel set ups

I always like going to an apartment; it's more of an adventure.

Hotel hands down as long as it is reputable. Air Bnb is too variable.
