Ladies, if you were to accept a last minute request what would be the best way to contact you? Phone, text, e-mail, P411 request? I know many don't accept those types of requests but if you were to do so, which would be the best method of reaching you. On a related note, if it shows 'online' on P411. Are you just on the website, or are you actually looking and checking. TIA
If my schedule allows I will accept a same day appt request from a P411 member.
I prefer email and/or P411 messaging.
Unless you see a provider that has pushed the available now feature online now just means she is logged-in to her P411 acct.Not necessarily that she is available for an appt.

I get last minute requests on P411 once in a while. It shows up in my email right away, so if I check the email (which I normally do when a notification from P411 or a client shows up), I can reply on the client's email from the request.
These days, it is so easy to see and answer notifications via email. However, if you have the provider's personal email address, that also would work, but she wouldn't know that you are a P411 member, so it's better to go through the P411 website. It makes things so much easier.
No need to text or call, unless you have already met the provider. That's a different story.
It's always best to email someone, just in case the provider's phone isn't strictly her business line. Then she can open the mail when it's a good time to do so.
So, yes...we get the notifications of a request for an appointment right away, and if the provider is on top of things, she can see it and act promptly. Good Luck!

is my preference, especially if it is something that I need to see right away. Yes it is easy to get to the P411 and TER account emails but it is not always convenient depending on where you are at (IMO)
Online logging in shows your online for an hour, then expires, PM is best request form . XoXo

I may be logged in but have stepped away from my computer for lunch (etc.). Unless I'm in session, I am always on my phone. Please remember, we are not sitting in your hotel lobby waiting for your call. Give us time to freshen up and drive from wherever we may be. I like to arrive refreshed, relaxed and fully present for you.
texting works best, especially if you've already filled out my website form or you have pm'd me from p411 so that the screening info can be run through quickly without having to ask you for everything, Email works also.
try not to message on p411 (unless you're sending a prescreening or appointment request), its such a pain for many of use who use our phone, emails and texts I can get back to easily, p411 logs you out hourly and often doesn't get a response as quickly because its just not as simple as texting or emailing back
Next I’d say E-mail or even my booking form simply because I usually see these within a reasonable amount of time.

That is how I accept 100% of my request. I am really fast with my emails. Like no Auto-post. I respond to each email in full sentences. LOL
To get my attention. A well written text with all the pertinent info I need is the fastest way for me. Even better if you follow the text by sending a p411 request. Definitely the easiest way to verify!
Screening info that comes with a text or a phone call requires more time to follow up on. A pm from your P411 shows you are actually a real member, shows your ok's with their p411 PM and is quicker to accept as screening.
How last minute do you consider last minute, time wise? Just out of curiosity. 
This happens every so often when travelling. Date cancelled eatly afternoon. Didn't have access to laptop or burner phone. Sent out requests late afternoon for midnight or later appointment. This is on a Friday night. I know I am out of luck. Thought I would try. Had one response that she is out of town until next week. Ladies please keep your calendars up to date. Second was too late. She could do a morning appointment. I was leaving at noon so would not have worked. If I am at my home base I have a backup. When travelling not really. I know when travelling and I get a cancelation I know I am very unlikely to get another date last minute.
A P411 Message is fine. I'll see the email notification.
I prefer that a client sends me an appointment request via P411. Then they can follow up with a text saying...Hey Carlisle just sent you a P411 Request etc...
I have an iPhone, so all of my notifications are received instantly.
Text or email is best for me. Never know what I'm doing if you ring ha ha. When I'm available I answer within hour though usually. P411 is good but it also goes to our email which takes an extra step to get to us. Sometimes it's the asst online too. I would check the available now ads on p411. We have to continuously post those every hour or they disappear. Happy hobbying.
