pre-teen grandkids love it because you can put your picture in there and then photoshop it to make yourself look like some kind of cutesy animal, but with your face. It is true that the demographic of Snapchat is primarily under 30, but that is also the demographic of the escort age most commonly sought out by users of TER...under 30. The perk is that you can send pictures that are erased after 1 second, and you are notified of the other person takes a screenshot.
Would not help an escort connect with the over 50 crowd, but it would be useful to younger professionals. It is the preferred social media of Chrissy Teigen, Lebron James, and Michelle Obama.
Now that you have admitted the demographic is under 30, how many under 30 guys have enough disposable income to see hookers regularly? You have already conceded that providers are looking for primarily older customers than the Snapchat age demographic. Successful marketing depends on demographics or psychographics. I can't imagine where using psychographic profiling would militate any more strongly in favor of providers using Snapchat than demographics, which you have all but confirmed is a waste of money.. 30 yo's that like to see what they would look like as a raccoon or a Schnauzer are not really the customers most of these ladies are after.

Not only are providers using Snapchat but they are using Tumblr as well. I find it very effective as well. I would highly encourage providers to cite their social media link in their ads and update it when you are in a new city. This allows your regulars to stay engaged with you because we all know eventually the main site that is used to post will disappear soon. Best to plan your exit strategy now than to suffer later.
I thoroughly enjoy my visitors under 30. Don't get me wrong I love an experienced older gent too but I've had lots of good experiences with the younger crowd as well. The main difference is they are tech savvy and able to find all of the social media outlets I use which can serve as a catalyst for the appointment/screening process. It can be a nice change of pace when someone has done this and doesn't need to make unnecessary commentary about pricing and services, plus they almost never ask for identity verification or photos because they looked it up already.
