For me it really depends on how energetic I'm feeling. If "bang for your buck" is the object and you are thinking about doing a threesome for 2 hours that is going to cost you four times the lady's individual hourly rate, why not do something much more memorable and schedule four separate one hour sessions with breaks in between?
