Like to get your guys thoughts on this topic. i feel airbnb gives you more privacy the escort can park their car don't have to worry about parking checking in etc seems like a smoother easy more private process what do you guys think?

That will answer your question.

What do you think the host or owner are going to think of you conducting business in their property??? You don't think neighbors are watching their property for them and letting them know what's going on?? Do they have home surveillance that you are unaware of?? Or do they know and ok with it??? I would think a private home or condo owner would likely be more quick to report this to authorities or back to Airbnb than hotel management acting. Easier to blend in a crowd at hotel than be out in open for all the neighborhood to see!

I used an airbnb once to work and the neightbours called the owner who turned up at the place and enquired as to why I'd had 3 different 'gentleman callers' that day so far. I deflected by acting outraged and said I was a journalist visiting from the U.K. interviewing gents for an article about male attitudes to leisure time, and she went away - but I left the next morning forfeiting my money and although I still use airbnb for vacations I would NEVER use it to work again.
Apart from anything else anonymous hotels are safer, more discrete and it's not potentially someone's home you're using, which I wouldn't like if it was my place.

why not? Seems to be a safer place to meet an escort instead of a hotel?

A traveling gal was in my town, and I was to see her at an AirBNB but she wrote to say that after one day she bailed out of the place and got a hotel instead because the owners were next door and heard and saw a couple of guys come and go and challenged her on it.

Nothing more anonymous than the hustle and bustle of a busy downtown hotel.

I personally don't think airbnb is giving you any privacy lol you can always Not park at the hotels parking lots too.

When I travel,  I use Airbnb 90% off the time.  I have been doing so for the last 3 years and I have never had any problems.   Most of my guy friends prefer my choice of incall.  The key is to using Airbnb is to do your homework and know what you are booking beforehand.   If you are not a low-volume provider like myself,  I would stick with a hotel.

I'd be too paranoid of a hidden camera in the living room or a nosy neighbor, that I don't think I would be comfortable using an airbnb for hobbying purposes. Also, keep in mind, the owner has a set of keys and can walk in at any time. When I stayed in one in Philly (granted I was just renting a room, not the whole place) I was watching tv in the living room, and the owner (who did not live on the property) came in to check on something. I wasn't doing anything wrong, but it still felt weird.

That being said, if this was an extended date, an airbnb could work

Hotel staff has walked in on me several times while using a hotel.   Condo's are so much more private and discreet.

A little off subject but I love having  provider visit me for an outcall at one.

The advantages an Airbnb has over a hotel:
No walk past the front desk
No key needed for the elevator
Provider can be super vocal, love that! Love dirty speak👍
Plenty of room to do it in different rooms, I love the bent over the kitchen counter thingy, in an apron! Her not me. Lol
No worry about housekeeping in the hallway.

I stay away from any shared properties where owners are close, like guest house type arrangement.

That is the reason why most of my gentlemen friends appreciates that I don't use a hotel.   When traveling,  most of my friends chooses a NURU when visiting with me.  It is so much more relaxing and erotic for both of us when we don't have to deal with people walking up and down the hallway,  hearing people knock on doors,  or having to keep an eye out for hotel staff.  I also love the fact that I can prepare my own food.   I have never had anyone walk in on me when renting an airbnb.  However;  I have had several instances when someone from the hotel staff has done so.  If it was ever to happen,  who is to say that the gentleman I am with is not my boyfriend.

I don't rent an Airbnb where the owner lives nearby and most of the time I rent a condo where there are multiple units.

Definitely do not use airbnb as an incall.  Too easy to get caught.  I've known girls who were thrown out of their rental and banned from the site.  They were lucky no one called the cops.

As an outcall...maybe.  If you are seeing a bunch of girls though I would go with a hotel instead.  Someone is always watching.

Definitely agree if you are high volume.   Been working for me for 3 plus years.  However;  I am VERY, very selective in the home I choose.   I read reviews and do my research before booking it.

Juliette

Visited one woman who stayed at the house with the owners there. She was in a private room downstairs with a separate entrance. Just felt kinda weird knowing they were upstairs. I did have one visit me when I used Airbnb on a boat but that wasn't a problem at all.

I am a provider and I always stay in upscale hotels or condos.  So, I can say when it comes to cameras seeing who come in & out your room the hotel does, and the staff start given you those judgmental looks.

For hobbyist I don't think you guys have enough traffic to cause alarm.   A good cover story for providers would be” I’m a manager for a sales company and I will be meeting with some of our staff while in town.  Is that a problem for you?” 100% of the time they so no.

I hope this help
