Please do yourself and the provider a favor, and first, have sex with some civilians. You may even want to have your first girlfriend before trying escorts.

Especially in hotels no telling how often that comforter has been changed.While visiting a high end hotel in my area arrived to the room and housekeeping supposedly just finished.The comforter was disgusting I was very surprised as much as the hotel charges for the room all linen was not cleaned properly.Plus,you cannot see what is on that comforter to the naked eye.Rip that comforter off move it to the end of the bed,on the floor,outside the door who cares?As far as size if you know what you are doing size does not always matter.

I usually stay in better hotels when I travel on business, and the comforter usually goes into a sleeve that matches the sheets. When I have a provider visit me, we do it on top of the comforter, then I sleep under the comforter.
Some chains change your sheets every three days unless you either put a little card on your pillow indicating you want fresh sheets, or you let the front desk know you want new sheets everyday. That way, the provider I'm with each evening and I get to fool around on a clean surface, and then I can crawl underneath and not worry about sleeping on a wet spot.
Sometimes there's a fancy bedspread over the comforter. I just fold it neatly and set it aside for my entire stay.
Even [hotel name removed by admin], which are mid-grade, have comforters in "sheet sleeves".
