Fake Reviews

TER just surpassed 1.5 million reviews. That's alot of reviews and alot of fucking. πŸ™‚

What percentage of reviews are fake?

Any providers on the board have fake Reviews they would be willing to share? Is there a way to spot a fake review from a clients perspective? I rely heavily upon reviews when booking and would like to know.

Appreciate your help. Thanks.

(A post on the policy and suggestion board prompted this OP)

I assume that some reviews are fake and probably more reviews feature some exaggerations. So I read more reviews for that provider and by that reviewer, to get context.

By reading more of the provider's reviews, I can see what reviewers consistently mention to get an idea of what to expect. For example, if many of her reviews mention CIM, I expect that she will probably do CIM. But if only one or two reviews out of many mention anal, for example, she probably doesn't do anal or reserves it only for her favorites.

Likewise, I might look at the reviewer's other reviews, to see if this is the only provider that he has ever reviewed, which might indicate a shill review. Even worse if the provider only has a few reviews and they are all by reviewers who have only reviewed her.

I had a lady tell me just this weekend that she gets emails daily offering 5 fake positive reviews under 5 different handles for $100 just about every day. We all need to read them with this in mind! I think I see a pretty obvious pattern of fake reviews. They all seem to be just about the same length -- 1 long paragraph or 2 mid-sized ones, often full of typos and slightly incorrect/wrong words, and they never seem to mention real specifics (no mention of BBBJ or not, and they all seem to talk about the positive stuff that the ladies mention on their websites). I also notice that these reviewers seem to write VERY similar reviews for every lady they review.

I normally look for a lady who interests me 2 or 3 worst reviews, and if I think I can live with that I contact her, and if I can't I don't.

One off reviewers are often fake, designed to help out just that one provider, and nothing more.

Then check if the reviewers history is in step with the other reviews for the same gal.   If they are consistently high or low, those could be fake or skewed, in any case.

.... Heauxs fake orgasms and mongers fake reviews?

I'm finally learning shit!

I would bet that the motivation for most fake reviews is exposure rather scamming.  In most cases, you'd probably get exactly what the fake reviewer said he got.  It makes sense.  If I were an escort, I sure as fuck would do it to launch my business.

I have one that is a fantastic review, an 8/10 but nonetheless it's fake as hell.  Its funny but the guy has other reviews but when i called him out for it, he hasnt reviewed since. When that is the case, I assume it's a guy wanting free VIP (which I think TER should get rid of) or it's LE trying to gain credibility.

I have nearly 4 years of free VIP days and none of it comes from writing reviews.

Maybe I should have specified.... stop free VIP for reviews.  I would think it would cut down on fake reviews at least ☺
Hope you're well Jake 😚

Things are lovely down on the farm.

a provider's website is bad.   You get 3 free VIP days for each one.

TER should rename VIP days to sad sap days. Anything with free in it attracts the less desirables.

Sorry Fish, that's not correct, you get 2 free VIP days for a problem report, not 3.

Jakey Jake.... how do you get the free VIP without posting reviews? Is it all your sass, vision, and humor?   ;)

When a guy puts in his review he blackmailed for free.... obviously fake. Esp when all of his other reviews literally say the exact same thing!

It's hard to tell honestly. Some ladies lie when they don't like the reviews. Some are being honest.

Sometimes you see guys gushing about her and they may mean it for them or it may be about getting a discount.

To me, obvious fake is when a guy reviews only once or only gives 10's on anything he does.... and when that review is outside the norm.

It's hard to tell which are the fakes and which are the real ones, especially if they're sprinkled in between other current reviews. I think the most obvious tip off is when there's a huge gap between reviews.

Like this for instance: TER ID: 203174

This girl was last review in Septmber of 2015, but then all of a sudden she got a new one in October of this year. She looks hot so I've been trying to contact her but I've gotten jack shit so far. I emailed the last guy who saw her and he gave me another number, but still no answer from her.

I don't know if his review is fake, or if she's very picky or just sticking to her old clients, but it seems real fishy that this one guy managed to get in touch with her while no one else has bothered to review her since. I can't call out the guy because I have no proof, and it's not like escorts aren't known to flake out and disappear, so eh, who knows, but that time gap sure points to some shenanigans.

Of course the reviews are embellished in addition to some of them being faked; part of it is ego stroking (I came a fountain on her tits and it was awesome guize, I railed her so hard and she came 17 times!) but the most important function they serve is to inform potential clients that #1. she's not a cop, #2. she/her pimp's not going to rob your naked ass blind, #3. we get confirmation that her pictures match what's on her ads/website, #4. we get a generalized idea of what she'll do.

Of course this review system works best with girls that have lots of reviews, but honestly after she's gotten reviewed 10 or so times the general idea of what a provider is like comes out pretty decently. Who cares if a couple of them are faked so long as we get the overall basic gist of what the provider does? If she's good for the most part, most of the reviews will reflect that.

It would be nice to have a better way of proving reviewer legitimacy though. Basically we're functioning under an honor system, even though many of us are breaking the law here.

...Most importantly read the reviewer's previous reviews or even PM the reviewer to see if he will respond about any questions you may have.

I'm very sad. I don't understand why I got hit by a fake review. It also made my cry a bit because I'm very sensitive when it comes to people being mean to me. I know for a fact that this recent negative cruel review is fake. I havent given a covered bj nor do I ever act rude to any of my sweet gentlemen. Just everything in this review is the total opposite of what and who I really am. Any tips on how to get this review taken down? Would any of you gentleman take my recent review seriously? :(

I wouldn't worry about it.  It's a complete outlier. You're just going to have to give us the intellectual credit to recognize something the diverges from the pattern of decent scores.

A reviewer with only 3 reviews and 2 of them bad is not trustworthy. I report to TER when I see reviews that I know are fake. I will say why they are fake and let them decide what to do. When enough people complain, they make take down a fake review. If it bothers you, report it to TER and say you do BBBJ so why he got CBJ with you when he got BBBJ in his next review, and why you allow MSOG yet he said he only got one shot, and that you don't smoke so why does he smell smoke. Ask TER what else you can do to prove he had not seen you. Be prepared that TER will refuse to take it down and trust gentlemen to know better than to trust one unreliable reviewer.

Thank you. I did report the fake review. I hope they take it down, I'd hate this ruin my image and work :(

If I was looking to book with you, I would definitely ignore that review as fake or just a hater. All the other reviews are consistent with the service I'd expect. If they don't pull it, try and ignore it like I did.if you were in my city , I'd  put you on my todo listπŸ€“

I also wondered about whether these reviews (or a lot of them) are fake.

For example, as a test, check out reviews in Europe (Germany, Denmark, etc.).  All the reviews re in English.  Is that possible, that all reviews can be written in English?  Maybe TER only shows reviews in the language of the member?
