However is there a process to make this more seamless / have this number show up on your TER review profile? How do you maintain two provider numbers for instance?

Profile, click "Problem Report" and say you want to change your contact phone numbers, and give them the new info.

Sideline. I use that as my provider number.
I use google voice in my personal life and for some reason it doesn't let me accept calls.
