I think it means she didn't check his review history or she would have likely declined to meet rather than risk getting another 5/5. Or perhaps he scores low and uses that as a lever to get a discount for a good review.

I also would go with #4. Sometimes the low scoring guys have just seen the wrong ladies. I tend to feel overall that he is too critical though. I figure if she got a 10 from him, that maybe he really did have a mind blowing time but I would still wonder what he got out of it or if he just felt he had to give a 10.
...when looking at reviews UNLESS there's a consistency in the numbers across the reviewers. So I tend not to put too much weight on a 2/3 (everybody's entitled to an off day or not getting along with the client) if the balance of her reviews are in the 7/8 neighborhood. Conversely, if she's mostly 7s, then I tend not to put too much weight on the 10 -- maybe she just really clicked with an individual client.
More important to me are the details in the reviews; the numbers are an appetizer and I'm looking for the main course to get me to contact her.

Fakers will be de-listed sooner or later. It is not so easy to get a 10 performance anymore, but it can be done. I can give a 9 anytime I want because I always get DFK and BBBJ. If a girl does not offer these, I would not be seeing her.
I have contributed to a 10/10 collector [before the rule change] because she asked. She did in fact do everything I wanted, and we also did greek, which is not something I normally ask for. I give a lot of 9s but am not an easy reviewer. I am a diligent screener and expect a lot. Ask any girl that has seen me.
