I will say, in day to day life, I have batted my lashes and charmed my way in or out of things. But when it comes to the professional world, being attractive is a huge negative.   When men dont take you seriously, and women see you as a threat, it makes for a very hostile work environment.  It didnt matter how hard I worked my butt off, if I got kudos, recognition or a promotion, someone would make the snide remark that I must have done favors for it.

Now, I did do excellent in sales, but it was not my primary job at the company I worked for...I would travel to trade shows and pulled in great numbers, but once back home I did not work in the office or part of the paperwork.  Very often, guys would place a huge order, and then call the office later wanting to "talk to me about it" and cancel their order when they found out that they werent going to get that opportunity.  After a nearly $10k order was cancelled for that reason, I nearly got dropped as a rep.  But then we decided I would only handle talking to the females instead.  

Anyway...I do not really buy this womans story to be honest.  And agree, listening to her talk is grating on the nerves...I didint make it through 10 seconds of her reading her report there.  Ive been fired from a couple jobs because of the way I dressed...I could be in a professional pants suit with long sleeves, my blouse buttoned up to my neck, hair in a bun with my geeky glasses on and it wasnt enough.  And I dont even consider myself pretty enough to even have that issue, Ive come across women who have it *very* hard, and have to play their looks down and up the "bitch" factor to be taken seriously.  Its not fun at all, and in no way advantageous.

The whole change the garment thing is weird. I am sure she had said or done something that was inappropriate.

And I agree that she is not hot enough at all to be fired.

I don't know the details, and neither do you. She could be completely full of shit. But, that doesn't change the overall reality.

As far as a woman firing her?

The only more formidable opponent to a woman in a work environment, whom the boss who can't think beyond the erection he gets when talking to her, is another woman colleague who realizes this.  

And, you'll give her a 6 if she doesn't talk? And, it is more likely she doesn't compare to the Hot Jewish girls  working there.
