Most men tell me they don't like overly glamourized, airbrushed photos because they say they're always disappointed when the girl shows up looking nothing like the photo. My photos are half professionally done ( but unretouched) and half done by a provider friend. I recently did however get some professional black and whites but you can totally see it's still me, it's like a sepia print daguerrotype tinted photo. I mix and match my photo types to appeal to all men . Some like candid cell phone shots and I have a few of those too.
What do men want from our photos?

That is my first recommendation.
They will be sure that the photo is well lit (my biggest beef with amateur shots), and that the subject is well composed, etc.
Beyond that, show us your personality, pose in those fashions you consider sexy. You don't have to spread your legs, but it's always nice to see a little skin.
Finally, if you don't want to show your face, that is understandable, but don't just put a blue dot over it or blur it to the point of ridiculousness. Instead use your hair if it is long enough to obscure your face, turn away from the camera or shoot from the neck down.
photos that are currant accurate and show what you are offering. They need not be explicit but they do need to show what to expect with the close off. Shots of the face are nice, but most understand if there are not any. If you are selling upscale public dinner private naughty dessert photos showing how you dress for both parts is nice. If catering to fetishes, cloths that cater to that is nice. Nudes are nice but mot needed. Some candid, some pro photos mix in.

If the guys totally disagree with me I will certainly yield to their opinion since they are your target market.
But I have gotten sooooooo many more comments about my pics where I'm laughing / playing / having fun, even if I'm fully clothed in them. I think the guys get the sense that they will have fun with me regardless of what we're doing.
I've also been getting more dinner date requests. I think it's all related.

I have to agree. Your most recent pictures, that you took, give the most accurate reflection of your essence and beauty. Though sessions with a true pro are nice for a change, they are often wooden and stiff. This is probably due to nerves or over the top lighting. Most girls either do not get it or do not care to take their own time to take good pics. There are a few ladies out there that take their own, with a decent camera and they look great.

I checked your pictures on your website and they look great and shows plenty for folks to take a good look at you.
I'm sure that your method was a whole LOT cheaper than hiring a professional to shoot uninspiring photo shots.

Get pictures showing you in a relaxed fun state. Those photos that are air-brushed, Photoshopped or are showing scenes that us guys would never experience with a provider are totally useless to me.
However, stay away from photos taken in hotel bathrooms. What's the point?

just to show an unedited version. When my new website launches, I will keep all but the cell shots and plan on adding more professional photos. You don't have to spend thousands to get a good photographer either. Scott Church and Antonio are two of the best and their day rate is less than $400. Lina just had some done by Antonio, and they look great...not overly edited or photoshopped.

Going with some local flavor.. trying to get some different looks then the same ole same ole, you all have some great ideals, keep them coming, I need ideals for location shoots!

I love Lucy Milano's photos....not the average hooker shots for sure lol. She has a mix from ultra dressy to little girlie cute, and they all capture her very well. Reminds me of "Gone With The Wind."

photographed a few girls, and they all look natural but polished. She uses no photoshop, but simply poses them where they will look their best.

Personally I much prefer to see amateur and candid shots, rather than professional ones. As this topic omes up often on the boards, I know I am not the only one who feels that way.
However that only goes to show that tastes are different, so the key is to have LOTS of photos of all different types. To appeal to the highest number of people, you should have some pro shots, posed shots, amateur shots, candid shots, playful shots, serious shots, clothed shots, nude or semi nude shots (swim suits or lingerie etc), indoors, outdoors. Plenty of pictures. Large pictures (not thumbnails that blow up into...thumbnails) clear pictures.
Have to agree about the thumbnails comment. Nothing is more frustrating than seeing what looks like a great picture, but you can't resize it beyond the thumbnail.
I do think a variety of photos (professional, candid, amateur) is good as perfectstorm states. My agreement with mrfisher was based on his second and third paragraph. Especially the third paragraph about if a provider chooses to hide her face. I should have been more specific in what I said. I do like to see professional photos as well as others and lighting is important.
Here I'll add my approval of pictures bigger than thumbnail photos. If it's not going to change any in size when I click on it then don't bother. It should get considerably larger so it can actually be viewed and detail can be noted.
looking like "Cousin It" from the Addams Family with my hair over my face, is not appealing to me lol. I just took a few more where I used a hat and big sunglassed, but ya'll can't see em til end of June ha ha.

I dated a CEO who has an MHA and still can't spell for crap...does not even know how to use "too" and "to" properly, but he is running a hospital and makes over 300k a year. He can't kiss or eat p*ssy either...IJS.

Boobs.
Clothed shots are fine, but I really like seeing a couple of naked boob shots. Ok, yes, I'm a pervert but I really like knowing breast size and shape. Asses are nice, big smiles are very pretty, but boobs are what do it for me.
As for the photos themselves, I'll echo what a few others said: Don't get them air brushed. On the other hand, cheap, blurry cell phone pictures are a turn-off, too. Nicely done, well-lit un-retouched candids are great.
As for faces, I really like seeing the provider's face, but I understand when her face is blurred out.
And to mention a pet peeve: when you put the shots on your site, make sure that the enlarged photo (i.e., when someone clicks on a photo to enlarge it) is significantly larger than the thumbnail. I've seen several sites where, when you click on the thumbnail, the supposedly enlarged photo is not much bigger than the thumbnail.
