review posted and approved, but no VIP membership? confused
I recently posted another review, it has been approved and posted, but I haven't received the extra 15 days of VIP membership. I've been VIP/posted multiple reviews before with no problem. I've sent inquiries via the comment section under Info & Policies but haven't heard anything back - and I can't use PM because I'm not VIP anymore!
I don't know where else to post/ask for help!
