Hi Megan, My suggestion to you would be to be extra sweet to your companions to earn a very good review and more good reviews will out weight the negative ones. It's like when I check a review for a product I know there are going to be bad ones as some people cant be pleased no matter what you do. If you have more good ones will make the bad ones not so relevant.
I have a few people that have left some very nasty reviews on my profile and I don't know what I did to them if anything I wish I could e mail those people to ask what I did and how I could improve in the future and then remove the negative reviews from my profile because it makes people think I'm not worth a dime. The only kind of business that attracts are not very friendly people that are looking to hurt someone.
