I suggest TER provide some sort of mechanism for us to know if providers are flakes or not.  I recently spent several days communicating with a provider, provided references, confirmed our appointment, and turn down other Provider options just to meet (NOT) with a flake - who ended up being a NO SHOW.   Ruined my entire day and whole trip as I was not able to schedule another appointment on such short notice.

I submitted a review on this Flaky Provider,  but TER has rejected it - "not enough explicit detail".  When I pressed, TER said they do not post NO Shows.

Any thoughts, or suggestions on this topic?

For whatever reasons, TER is adament that such incidents can not be posted as a stanard review.

Instead, the only outlet to communicate such an occurence is to post on the local board where said violation occured.

As with everything else, there is the danger that this additional reporting type could be abused.  But, out of fairness to the ladies, I think it could be beneficial when it comes from trusted folks.

I would say after 10 reviews or so, you would be allowed to post no-show reports.  The report, once submitted, would have to include a general time and date of appointment (even as simple as AM or PM) and would require a follow-up to the initial report.

Why a follow-up?  Because sometimes ladies have legitimate issues that can't be avoided.  Not reasons that should always be disclosed either.  So, a follow-up would allow people to know if they acknowledged the no-show, and if they provided and excuse, if it was believable.

Subjective I know, but, the ones we're concerned about aren't ladies that have real reasons, it's those who don't.

I would see the no-show field added to the lady's profile page...saying how many NCNS (no call no shows) she had.  No shows with follow up calls and reasons should be weighted differently.

To balance, there's no reason I can think of that the ladies couldn't have something similar available on the ladies board.  It's important information when either party is a no-show.
