There are three reply tabs visible when replying to a thread. That isn't necessary.

Realistically, there are 2 reply buttons, one that replies to the whole thread, one that replies to a particular poster. There's another reply button at the top of the thread that also replies to the thread but doesn't require that you scroll to the bottom to use it.
Seems to make perfect sense to have 3.
I can only respond to one post at a time, one reply tab would make sense.
You can only click on one reply button at a time too so having them in different locations for the type of reply you are making seems to be easier. Does it really confuse you that much?

I wanted TER to factor this into the validity of my suggestion.
It's a bad design and creates confusion on threads.
Don't fix it, if my posts don't show up where I want them, that's fine. People can stay confused while reading threads.
This format takes too much of my undivided attention. It's too much work for me to tell people when they are wrong.
