When viewing a provider's profile, there is a button at the top called "Send private mail to provider". When using this function, how can I tell that the Provider is a VIP and will be able to receive, read, and respond to the PM? Or does the button only appear for VIP Providers?
indicates that she has claimed this profile as her own, and thus can receive PM's. It does not appear on unclaimed profiles.
